One of my favorite things to do in the park all year is sit down outside of the Globe Theater at the end of the night and just watch.
My prediction - the all-new items will be comprised of reduced versions of previous attractions and/or thrown together themes by way of whatever props and scenery is still viable in storage.

So BGW did the same thing that KD did. Rather than Howl-O-Scream, they did a smaller event and called it something different?

It's not often that I feel the need to correct @Zachary but T'was IS coming back. So I see very little chance of a maze returning to Royal Palace.
The park just switched out all of the copy on the Howl-O-Scream website again. All of the attraction counts are now gone... Was the information wrong...? Did they share more than they wanted to...?

Possible other explanation. Could they be concerned that the rapidly changing Covid situation will make some of these plans no longer possible? They have been burned in the past by that.
