Yeah i hope they actually get better and scarier. To me it seems like over the last few years they've really been cracking down on making sure people know that HOS is not family friendly/kid friendly. So maybe that means they are trying. I've enjoyed this. My first HOS was in 2017 and it was my 1st ever haunted event too. I've enjoyed HOS every year, I just wish it was scarier. I enjoy all the theatrics and actors and everything but I dont get scared. Maybe because I dont drink like many others do to enjoy it better but I still have a great time every year regardless. I love the shows and wonder if they are gonna change any this year. I thought the revamped Fiends was funny and cool. I hope everything follows that path.

I don't care about thematic integration when they have much more fundamental issues to solve. Given the worst-of-Six-Flags-Fright-Fest-quality house design paired with the worst-in-industry house performance quality we received from last year's event, my sole hope for this year is that this year's new houses aren't embarrassingly and enragingly bad.
I was gonna say last year was awful staffing wise. The houses were a complete waste of my time. "But go on a saturday and theres more employees" well I went twice and the houses were as empty as a tuesday

Yeah I hate that. The houses are so good except when there's no actors in there. And its pretty bad when you can see where they are supposed to be hiding at when nobody is there. Alot of empty spaces. Its sad. I hope Busch Gardens can fix it. I know they have staffing issues just like everyone else but maybe they need to improve benefits or something. Im not knowledgeable with running a theme park but something has to be done about the emptiness in the haunted houses.

Are we getting some BBW theming for HOS? The emojis at the end and the picture are telling me Busch Gardens might have a terror-tory or house themed around the BBW. Atleast thats my thoughts.
They do the same thing every year; in 2023 they had a DarKoaster character in the promo photos, 2024 had Loch Ness monster character in the promo, and now this.

Interesting!
