Apologies if this is in the wrong area, rather new to the forum, but I wanted to share what I believe HOS will look like this year.

Houses:

Monster Manor: Revamped, they will completely redo half or more of the maze. The reception for the maze was awful, and I don't see them keeping it without making major changes, but don't expect too much, even though I am saying this as their recent Revamps have fallen flat.

Clown Town: Revamped, the maze did relatively well, and while it had its problems, I don't see it going anywhere, especially after ACE just had a walk-through of the full maze this weekend, meaning it is still up.

Death Water Bayou: Revamped, I am probably one of the many thousands of guests who have seen the maze for too long now and wonder what could be changed after all the revamps so far but the park has only removed a max of two mazes per year in the last few years of the event and since I have already pointed towards believing that Killarney and Lost Mines will be gone that leaves very little choice but to it being revamped.

Killarney: Removed, It did well its first two years as a maze, but the last two years have seen the revamps add very little or not be received well by the general public. With the most recent revamp of it being called Condemned, I see it as a big clue that the maze was on its way out.

Lost Mines: Removed, While I would have loved to see the maze have one more chance, especially because the general theme of the maze works well inside of its venue, as they can make a high wall maze with how high the ceiling of Pompeii is. But I do not see it returning for another year, despite all of this being said.

Terror Zones/Scare Zones/Terror-Tories/People who might work at the park scaring me/What is that/Huh?

Anyway, sometimes I forget they exist, but Scare Zones remain an important part of the event.

I will keep this section short, as the houses (for me) are the main part of the event.

Kept:
Stalker Street
Fest-Evil
Scary Tale Road
Ripper Row

Gone:
The bash
Gorgon Gardens

New (Maybe??)
Wolf-themed zone?

Shows:

Kept:
Fiends
Monster Stomp
Phantoms of the Festhaus (new songs)
Skeletones (new songs)

Nothing in here can be confirmed, and it's all my own thoughts on the event and where it will be heading for the 2025 season.

I really wish BGW would go back to making houses and scare zones make a little more sense theming wise. Why do we have clowns and bayous in a Europe-themed park? Demons in France and Vampires in Germany were peak back in the day (or maybe I was just a kid and thought everything was cool)
Why do we have a china food booth in italy? Why do we have hawaiin booth in ireland?

I don't really think any of it matters. Idc theres a bayou maze in italy and stuff.

What do you mean? Those are directly connected.

Marco Polo famously established trade routes between Venice and the Mongol Empire (Modern-Day China). That's why Marco Polo's Marketplace also has Asian food.

And Hawaii—of course—is the birthplace of America's most Irish President, Barack O'Bama.

Holy shit, the entire woods maze near BBW:TWR has been completely gutted. I’m not exaggerating when I say this, literally nothing is left.
Maybe im left out or not remembering but did we think that maze was coming back? I thought the new building thing they built was the new maze area

Piggybacking on the 1st person's post, I would kinda maybe halfway expect Busch Gardens to have a bunch of new stuff for this year's Howl-O-Scream considering its the park's 50th anniversary and traffic (atleast to me) is up this year. I would like to see atleast a few new houses.

Wasnt last years HOS a anniversery of some sort?

Yes it was. I believe 15th anniversary of HOS.
Now that I think about it with the woods maze gutted and monstor manor? There probably will be some new mazes this year. So yea maybe this year will be cool. Id love to see a old maze return.

Yeah i read that the wooded area was gutted too. I would like to see some HOS stuff around the BBW area. All the old HOS stuff that used to be around the new BBW area will have to go somewhere else now.

Last year was the 25th for HOS and the 15th for Christmas Town. Still an anniversary, so I would like to see some new stuff, but keep some of the old reliables.
Ah okay. I knew it was something. Since Busch Gardens is on a nostalgia train, I would like to see some old school stuff be brought back. I have only been going to Busch Gardens since 2016 and I'm addicted now so I myself would love to see how old school Busch Gardens was.

I don't care about thematic integration when they have much more fundamental issues to solve. Given the worst-of-Six-Flags-Fright-Fest-quality house design paired with the worst-in-industry house performance quality we received from last year's event, my sole hope for this year is that this year's new houses aren't embarrassingly and enragingly bad.
