BGT had a house called Ultimate Gamble: Vampire Casino, as well as a vampire night club house called After Hours. I know it probably isn’t going to happen, but I would love to see some past classics from BGT in Williamsburg.
Ever since Swenson got the boot I feel the chances we see any of the classic houses that Tampa is known for coming to the Burg is extremely low.
I mentioned this earlier but they will likely go away in 2020 as they begin construction. Likely they will keep both open this season.

I feel like we can gauge fairly well how much effort is put into the current years HOS based on when the first social media posts and website updates for the event come. Last year, they put a little more effort into it (not saying it was great or all successful) and the first announcement came in mid May. 2017 was almost a complete rehash of 2016 with the exception of Bitten being removed and Frostbite being added and the first announcement was not until late July. That first post was just to RIP Bitten too and I am pretty sure we got nothing else until August.
I even recall talking to one of the scare actors about the theme as it was getting closer and closer to opening day and virtually nothing had been revealed. Her lack of enthusiasm (which was uncharacteristic for her) told me all I needed to know. 2017 was terrible and I'm afraid this year may be the same unless they seriously redo the entire event or at least most of it.

I don't know that I would say how much effort is put into. It's more how much new stuff is there to market. If they don't have a lot of new mazes they won't start marketing as early or if marketing feels that there isn't a need to. When and how much is released is really up to the marketing team and what they want to focus on. My guess would be that even if they are doing a lot new for HOS that they might wait until summer nights is going before announcing anything.
The first details of HOS 2018 were revealed Memorial weekend 2018 correct? I hope we get news on HOS 2019 in the next 2 weeks. I hope BGW uses the same HOS marketing campaign they did last year. I loved how they revealed tidbits of info each month through out last Summer.

my apologies for the video i posted,i will edit it and put the correct info,its a video of the entire mix used in the scare zone,but i am unaware from what year it was.
They are in the time frame where they are evaluating what work needs to happen to each maze in order to either repair them or to change them over.
