I had already heard that the cast for Starfright Orchestra would be a bit smaller than in previous years, but now I have an actual number. It will be a 12-piece band. Much of the song playlist will be the same. I am not sure yet if there will be anything notably new about it. Either way, I'm very excited. Who knows, the success of this might shape the future of Mix It Up (read; if it comes back or not).

You know what, with all these clown sightings on the news about clowns being in the woods i wonder if people will complain about the clowns in sirco sinistro. Becsuse it would be too much for thier kids or they wont feel safe. Which means they would scrap certain elements. I hope it doesnt come to that lol

Hopefully the person calling the shots this year won't be too jumpy to react to a few minor complaints.

Demon Street has some new facades.

Thought all of Ports of Skull was gone? Unfortunately, that is not so.

I don't get why the pirates are still there. Did they need an excuse to keep the pirate bar?

I also don't get what that facade has to do with Demon Street. Then again, I also don't get Demon Street. I start to get migraines when I try to think about what the theme is exactly.

I think potvim meant in a sense where people don't want "offensive content" in the park.  Similar to the severed heads or the Miners at KD.

Did they shut the maze down mid season? 15-20 people lost their job because a few people were offended.

Really.

Looking at the legends of howl o s ream video for bitten, that maze looks like it needs some love things are starting too look torn up. That mirror ghoul its fingers are missing. And one of the props arms are all bent and wierd. Is this the last year for bitten? I agree why put miney into a maze when they have other mazes to concentrate on. In my opinion bitten needs to bite the dust.

Miners Revenge? They didn't shut it down mid event, they just didn't bring it back next season.  Some of the props were still used by the park as of last season.

Thanks, I didn't remember how that went down.

In my opinion 13 was an interesting concept that simply couldn't work. Unless you had the specific phobia, the images weren't likely to scare you. Furthermore, with a few exceptions like the fear of heights room, there was no way to realistically create the environment that would trigger the phobia.

I actually mildly enjoyed Thirteen as they had to set up and break down every year for EITA operation so it was always interesting to see what was different. I experienced it every year and I still remember my first year in which I walked the entire house by myself late one rainy Friday night. Although, many say that Thirteen was the worst house done in that location I'd argue that Caverns of Darkness was with minimal connection to the story.

Back to 2016, are there any changes coming to the returning houses?

So are they going to keep the Pirate facades up for the season or are they going to be removed right before Howl o Scream starts ?
