You have one theater with 4D capabilities and 4 others, depending on what you consider a theater, that have only live performance capabilities. You better believe they are using the effects because they can and it's the only place they can use those effects. But a throwback of the Haunted Lighthouse would be nice for HOS. It fits the theme nicely with ghosts.
I guess they would have do a lot of changes to make it a live show; lights, sound, ect. A Halloween themed show would be good, like you mentioned, I would like to see the Haunted Lighthouse again.
The theater has both abilities to be live or 4D. During ChristmasTown all they add is a set background and use regular full stage lighting.
It can be done but I am sure they would rather use special effects than have a regular live show for the wow factor I suppose.
They can also play regular full length movies there. I heard once they played Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 in there and they even had special effects to go with the movie. Of course it was for employees only though. But my point is working with the technology in the globe can easily be done to switch out movies or use for live shows.
I remember lighthouse from when I was a little kid. The part I remember the most was the kids like flying towards the top of the lighthouse or something. But then again, there was a part of Corkscrew Hill like that, so maybe I am mixing them up. But I do remember seeing the lighthouse show, lol. Wasn't it like RL Stine or something?
A friend and I were talking with an official with Busch Gardens who said that the theming in the Verbolten Event building will be changed for Howl-O-Scream. He stated they are working on filming now and indicated the additions for Howl-O-Scream are going to be really cool with a few surprises.
That is awesome. If that's the case, I guess that means they could essentially come up with a few new scenes every once in a while. I really like this event building.
It does make sense, I am guessing they are using DMX theatrical lighting in that building and if so it can easily be reprogrammed with no problem like EITA but better and in coaster form.
Sounds exciting, I wonder what the theme would even be? It could be based on like the headless horseman! And ur trying to escape from him! Just a thought
It's a good thing BG went back to having clowns. Such a wide audience likes them, and FESTA italia fits their setting near perfectly. And now all the employees getting clown suits. You put it best Party Rocker, it just keeps getting better and better.
