Well, the park does try to find any place they can squeeze a maze into, I am sure they will find space somewhere. Anything else you know Swift?

I was thinking the Globe theather or maybe a "Black Forest" Haunted trail type maze but i cant think of any other place.

Well if the park still want to spread around the Black Forest theme by Howl-o-Scream, they could create a "Black Forest" maze where you are actually going though a forest area. They could turn the picnic area into a maze, maybe?

no reason they can't bring back that 2-3 mazes they had back in festhaus park.

Maybe they don't want to. It caused super long lines and lines inside the houses. Plus, I think the area could be getting ready for more construction soon by that time.

Don't mean to double post, but I just got my Fun Tracker in the mail today. Looks like they will be sticking with the Dark Side of the Gardens theme.

In the dark side of the gardens, there's so much you will find . . . Do you dare to enter the gardens after the sun goes down? Brave terrifying haunted houses, thrilling rides at night, horrifying shows and more. But beware, fear grows in the gardens. Howl-O-Scream

Then it has pictures of the lady of the gardens and the roses. Maybe they are going to have the lady walk around this year like people requested and perhaps release the dark side of the gardens song for purchase or download somewhere.

Just remember: last year's Fun Tracker had the previous year's theme as well, i.e. October 2011 had the Scare is Everywhere overlay (the theme of 2010). That having been said, I wouldn't be surprised if it came back, as the company invested a lot in the promotional materials for both parks...

You know, I didn't think of that, but did it have the slogan in the Fun Tracker other than just the layout of the pictures? It specifically said "In the dark side of the gardens" which is what really leads me to believe it is returning. However, I know they plan HOS full year round so how knows what is going to happen.

Knowing Busch, they probably have HOS 2013 almost done by now... lol

I really hope they make changes to bitten this year, it's been the same thing for like the last 4 years? It could be good if they would just change some things.

The GP loved it, the regulars got bored with it, the park can't let go of it. Bitten needs a major revamp. After one or two years they need to revamp some of the house majorly or change them. Having a house for 4 years and is practically almost the exact same each year gets boring quickly.

I didn't notice a single thing different about it, I I've been through it so many times I know where every scare is, it was good the 1st year maybe 2, but personally I think it's getting old

There are a few things they could do to make it better. A hazer or two and a couple of strategically placed lights (and some sound) can change the entire dynamic of a few of the rooms.


But I largely agree its the same ol same ol and either needs a noticeable change... or to go.
