Youhow2 said:He knew who I was by my comments. I didn't tell him I was a member of this site, nor did I say any thing about my alias. We talked for a minute and he said "You're Youhow arent you?"... I was shocked to say the least. To say they don't pay close attention to all facets of their criticism is naive, cause if he could tell who I was by a few minutes of talking matching my comments together and remembering my username... I'd say they pay VERY close attention. And then not to mention the change to Jack is Back... They changed the whole show in a week, added new dancers, bought back the dudes on stilts, Took out single ladies by Beyonce( THANK GOD) and changed other songs.... I'd like to believe that the public outcry on facebook at least had a bit to do with that.
So whilst you guys may think im just being plain ignorant, I have my reasons to believe the park, like any good business gathers all the feedback they can receive. Whether they do something or not with it is a different story...

Haberdasher1973 said:As fascinating as the debate of 'facebook vs surveys' may be, I think it really depends on the specific employee involved, not the park as a whole. Some insiders may visit facebook more often, some may be in departments in which a survey may or may not provide sufficient info, if any...
Regardless of how the park decision-makers get their feedback, they do (to a point) take it into consideration.

ScoutN said:And? The majority were just contributors to their Facebook and not complainers. It was also a mediated event. Not facebook ramblings.
