That was kinda my point. Our climate is not exactly similar to Scotland, and they have long hair.
I recall having the same problem with a dog once. He was a Newfoundland. Great dog, did not move much.

Not quite a fan of the color scheme of the barn thing. But the cows tho. New smells for Heatherdowns!

Oh my gosh! I love this! Thats a great use of the space by the SkyRide, I didn't realize that they weren't going to be in the actual Highland Stables, but I guess they really can't share their pasture with the Clydesdales.
Silly Question but... these will also be taken back out to their larger grazing pasture during off hours correct? Oh and thanks chickenking for the link. I love short write-ups so I can get the gist of things.

^I would think so; like the other critters.
I hope that they get a nice "house" than that...in years to come. I know that this is a new addition and was probably put together, with some quickness...but, when compared to the amazing stables at Heatherdowns...this looks...cheap. BTW, is the skyride behind this grazing area, part of Scotland or England? If it is part of Heathdowns..could construction be added..to give the appearance of a large barn? or stable? I've always wished that the Skyride stations were themed.
Keep in mind, the stables that the animals stay in as their actual home are very similar to the ones the cows use by the sky ride station. As long as the animals are comfortable it shouldn't matter how fancy their shelter is.
Also note, this nice little shelter helps to keep the quaint and simplistic feel of the park. Don't over complicate things just because it seems too simple.

The sky ride is a apart of England, but it is more like an island isolated from the home land. The entrance actually used to be right in England.
