I would say the people leaving their bamds for others and handing them out at the gate before they leave are more of the problem than me who buys them 2nd hand vs paying park price.
The parks' answer to this is probably going to eventually be to make all of these products single-use per attraction vs unlimited, unfortunately. I never had a problem letting friends use my free single-use FlashPasses/FastLanes/QuickQueues/etc because it's a limited commodity and it's my choice whether I use them on myself vs using them on a friend. Sharing unlimited products is a lot different in my opinion. If I use it to the fullest extend I want to and then give it to someone else to do the same, that is unnaturally increasing the usage of the product while stealing a likely additional customer from the park. I think parks are right to crack down on that however possible—I just hope it doesn't impact more, in my opinion, ethical approaches to sharing adjacent products (like single-use FastLane/FlashPasses).
