If this is the case then it's a little harsh to be shaming people for reserving a lot of slots and then backing out at the last minute since close in cancellations have no impact to ticket availability. Many people have busy schedules and weather can be unpredictable this time of year so forcing them to scramble and pick dates as soon as tickets becomes available is going to drive this type of hoarding behavior.

BGW really needs to limit how many reservations any member can have at any given time to 2 or 3, and if there are still sell outs start making stand-by tickets available for members as an additional option to help manage the demand and make this a fairer system.
Close in cancellations can still have an impact. It's just my understanding that's why the your tickets already been scanned shows up online. You can call and they can override the cancel which will release new reservations. Then the barcode gets marked as inactive.

It's just a limitation in the system that they have. I don't know how hard it would be to have it fixed but that's what I've heard.

How do I cancel my reservation for tomorrow?

If that doesn’t work, call.

Any pictures or updates on the Halloween specialty drinks/foods?
Also are they still serving beer at former kiosks? (Budlight, Mich Ultra etc)

We should be attending in a few weekends and we are excited.

The candy shop in England is apparently going to be opening at some point during this event. There is no hard timeline though.

But is there hard candy? (More seriously, I hope this includes fudge, but I’m preparing myself for the possibility it won’t).

Interesting to see them extending the event, not just to the weekend after Halloween (consistent with Howl-O-Scream last season) but also to this coming Tuesday and the following Monday. Curious whether the pent-up demand among members will be enough to fill these slots, but I figure they must be basing this on demand of some kind.

Yesterday I went to Pretzels and Beer and ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets like I usually do. Except they were terrible. I always try to give BG the benefit of the doubt, but these pretzels really were nothing like they usually are. Anyone else experience this?

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t pretzel dough. It actually seemed like poor quality pizza dough rolled up into a knot. The cinnamon sugar wouldn’t stay on the pretzels at all and they were very hard and difficult to chew. I’m hoping it was just a floozy.
I think you just hit a bad batch. I had some the other night and they were exactly how I remember them. If I had to guess they had sat longer than they normally do.

I’d always let them know and usually they throw them out and make new ! Pretzel dough is actually pretty tricky coming from the culinary science side !

I agree, I think I miss more than hit when I try to make them
