That happened throughout the summer: the calendar is just auto-populating the dates that were originally placed into the schedule. No clue why they haven't figured out how to keep it from happening.

The fact they're hiring scare actors at all means they're planning SOMETHING, but we really have no idea of scale. And I've long been a proponent in this thread of running kid-friendly experiences during the morning and scary stuff during the evening, but it's unclear if they could ever get the messaging clear on that.
Even if they got the message out people are stupid and refuse to read. I saw on facebook multiple people complain on their posts how they were disappointed during C&CB when they got to the park and discovered half of it was closed, despite it be clearly stated otherwise literally everywhere.

Yeah, there were some people who looked lost in Scotland who were trying to figure out how to get to Apollo’s Chariot during C&CB and I really wanted to figure out how they got there without realizing the situation? But I do think we who are posting here SOMEWHAT overestimate how much a general public is paying attention to the day-to-day operations of a theme park, even if I do wonder how they went through the whole reservation process without clueing in.

I didn’t spot any changes tonight outside of the blue lights near Alpie, but there was a lot of movement going on in Festhaus Park. Work lights were on near Lumberhack and golf carts were regularly moving in and out of the fenced in area near the DF station. It was hard to make out what was going on, as this is all based on looking to the right on Verbolten after the second launch at night. It also looked like there was some sort of red facade/snack stand with a visibile crow just peaking over the fence near the final turn on Alpie, however this could just be a left over prop from years past.

EDIT: Ttotally forgot to mention this, but the projection mapping system was visible in Germany. l’ve never really noticed them during the regular season, but they may be out year round and I’ve just turned a blind eye to them in hopes of finding some evidence of a halloween event.

I think theming will be minimal. The Department that does that is still furloughed. Has anyone noticed there are no flowers in the park?

From what I'm hearing they aren't hiring very many. So it remains to be seen what they plan on having them do

The projection napping system from my understanding is always there, hoverer they have boards to hide it.

I have been hearing increasing rumors of something related to this event happening in the field in Festhaus park

Not everyone is furloughed, they still have a small number working. Also flowers and theming are run by 2 separate department, so they don't take have any effect in each other

So, based on that message, I guess the dates currently on the calendar are correct:

Telling that they shifted from “October Event” to “Fall Event,” definitely supports there being no early November event and moving to Holiday later in the month.

I noticed 2 tent frames on the parking lot near the main entrance (not sure what the lot is called) last week.

Is that a left over from earlier in the year when they had the graduation in the parking lot or does this have to do with one of the upcoming events?

Guessing either the park owns the tents/structures, or the events rental company doesn't really cost a lot for the park to just leave them standing.

they set them up eariler this year when they were expecting to be able to operate at 25 percent. They were very clearly setup with a screening area in mind when they were setup fully. My guess is either the park owns them and hasn't bothered to fully take them down or they are on long term lease with the lease worked out for their operating sedchule.

Supporting this is that KD had a similar setup that was visible from the road.

Is it possible for loch ness to reopen this year?
I could easily see them using the last third of the park and doing Nessie, Tempesto, Apollo Verboltan leaving them with the same coaster count that they currently have.

What about Alpie?
If they are using Italy and there seems to be some signs pointing direction then I imagine that they would cut off the park possibly around DK and close Alpie. Just a guess on my part.
