So, we're going to "meet the engineers involved with the current project." Do we think this is all happening in-house, or could they be hiring GCI or Gravity Group to retrack? Again, this post tells us nothing except KD may finally have a competent PR/social media presence in January and February.

I believe the park has a new PR person; not sure who this guy is. The previous PR person was a woman.

It does say Part I and this is not written for coaster fanatics; but, for the average park goer / season pass holder. I guess this gives the park something to talk about during the off-season times. Especially, if 2023 is an off year for new/revamped attractions at the park (i.e Jungle X-pedition).

It’s going to take a fair amount of marketing and PR to get most people back on Grizzly. I’d hope they have something up their sleeve to really sell this.

It definitely does look that way. The second turnaround used to be filled with trees in that area.

That’s not new. It’s been like that for several seasons. This video from 8 years ago shows the turnaround being empty even back then.

I’d love it if they’d replant some new trees, or at least bushes, there though.

We're not talking about the first turnaround. We're talking about the one coming out of the tunnel. Look at the next to last picture of the blog post.

This is definitely new tree removal.
The turnaround by the Grizzly station, Windseeker, and Hypersonic.

Is that needed to get machinery access to that part of the coaster? If that is what it was, hopefully they will be replanting when they are done.

Feels like an opportune time to share some Grizzly photos. Hoping whatever they do makes the ride a bit more comfortable without completely neutering the aggressiveness, which (imo) is what made the ride so great. The razed trees are a huge bummer as they were something that defined the ride for me, even if I have no memory of it pre-Hurler/HSXLC.
