I gotta be honest, It's good to see the park painting coasters periodically, but griffon has such a neutral color it's hard to tell it's even faded to begin with.

I saw that yesterday, they didn’t block off the splash area for griffon, only the bridge. You could walk all the way to the station, but I didn’t want to get kicked out.

The bridge was unblocked when I went over there.

Probably just routine maintenance. They're likely getting sent out for paint and refurbishment.

Question for those who have been more frequent Griffon scrutinizers than I over the years: how close does this blue resemble your memory of the ride's original paint?

Is it notably darker or bolder?

Pretty sure it's just from them scraping paint off the supports, but I think dark silver or gray would look great with the dark blue of the track....
