I shouldn't have read that before lunch.....

I don't see any other drastic changes from last year beyond the two additional stalls, I don't think anything was replaced?

I think Austria was replaced, but it looks like they moved some of their food to the Germany booth, i.e. schnitzelwich and Linzer torte.

Forget the Paprikash- the Tafelspitz mit Apfelkren was easily one of my favorite dishes. Honestly, overall, Austria was my favorite booth at last year's event. Tis quite a shame. :'(

Here's Austria's menu from last year:

I am interested in the new Sampler Trio option. Pay $12 to get 3 certificates each good for one item from any booth. You must use all three on the same day and you don't have to use all three at the same booth.

^This will be particularly useful for those $7.00 items that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise last year.

Wafel met Waterzooi
Belgian yeast waffles, topped with chicken stew

Love waffles; not sure about it with chicken topping. Can't wait to try it. ;)

I am hoping that if things go well and sales for the Sampler Trio go up, they might expand it to include a larger amount of items so that people can experience more.

I should definitely be taking advantage of the trio option.
