I think Austria was replaced, but it looks like they moved some of their food to the Germany booth, i.e. schnitzelwich and Linzer torte.
those two new booths definitely have some appealing food. Fish tacos and gamba fritters are on my list.
I am interested in the new Sampler Trio option. Pay $12 to get 3 certificates each good for one item from any booth. You must use all three on the same day and you don't have to use all three at the same booth.
I'd rather see them get rid of the Germany drink booth and move Austria's food in there 
Waffles in Belgium's booth this year... at least there is some good news.
Oh, and more Crepes... Who am I kidding, I can't stay mad at the Food & Wine Festival.

I am hoping that if things go well and sales for the Sampler Trio go up, they might expand it to include a larger amount of items so that people can experience more.
