Some of the booths did a soft opening Saturday. I tried the Spain booth Empanadas, Gazpacho con ceviche, Tapas, Venera con jamon. all were very good.

Yes, I just heard the plan was to have all the booths soft open this weekend; however, some of the booths were not fully set up yet to be serving.
Also, really neat news, the lighthouse for the Caribbean booth will actually light up next weekend.
The American Southwestern booth looks to be the most plain out of all of them, then again you can tell they are not fully finished and they still have quite the amount of work to do.

Except Aquitaine is already jam packed with booths. Although, Belgium and the Carribean could theoretically be switched.
Does it really matter where they put a non-European booth in Busch Gardens Europe?
I am super excited for this!! I can't wait for us to come back down FINALLY!!! I am on a mission to try all the beer at least once, and do a wine tasting. The menus look interesting for sure. Can't wait to try the Dry White Pear Cider. We will be in June 20th to June 24th if anyone is interested in meeting up!! Can't wait to see some of y'all!!

Is this what most folks are doing? I can't remember if anything was less than $4. Last year I made the F&W Festival the only thing I did but it cost a pretty penny when you know you are going to try most everything. I'll just order 5 or 6 of these if it's going to be cheaper.
My friends and I buy different dishes and share everything, as a way to cut costs and avoid a food coma.
After looking into the 'Food & Wine Trio' option, I have a warning for folks interested in this. The name is mis-leading and it should probably be called the 'Food Trio' instead, because you cannot use it for wine. (or any other alcoholic beverage for that matter) Just a thought before clicking the 'purchase' tab. I'm excited to experience this festival for the first time on Sunday with my better half 
Last year, I skipped the "Food" part of the "Food and Wine Festival" and enjoyed a bottle of <insert something Italian> to myself. It was thoroughly enjoyable.
Does anyone know if you can purchase the trio option in the park? I would rather purchase in the park if possible to see if they will offer an annual pass discount that is currently not offered online. And yes, I am that cheap. If not, where do you take the online vouchers to redeem?
I have noticed that not all annual pass discounts are offered on the new website in general. I have started calling the 800 number and buying those things over the phone. As long as you can give them your pass number, they are happy to take your order over the phone and give you your discount.
