Haha my only thought was WTF?!?! That and mr spandex had to be the most out of place thing ever. When he got under the sheet I saw him run across the stage and Under it. It was pretty obvious.

I liked parts of the show. It wasnt bad. I just prefer the old direction better with the goofy looking doctor and the dirtier igor...


Still awesome though!

This show could possibly be one of the best shows I have ever seen at the park. Theres never a boring moment.
 
Dr. Freakenstien has been recasted for the last bit of Howl-o-Scream. According to sources, this new Dr. Freakenstien, is the previous one's successor.
 
I preferred the first Doctor, because he had that look about him, this new doctor just doesn't look right to me, however I am awaiting to see a performance with him. Also, this means we can confirm the Fiends will be back in the Abbeystone for 2013.
 
The old doctor couldnt sing well in his characters voice, but his acting was so much better... id rather them have had them have him and igor go back and forth. couldve provided more comedy in the begining of the show which still starts pretty slow. i will say last friday the 2:30 show was the best i have seen this season.... But the new doctor couldnt sell his "evil" or some of the jokes as good as the old one. the slight changes in choreography and the actors growing more into their roles, fiends right now is amazing!

My sources specifically said this new doctor was only introduced towards the end of this Howl-o-Scream season to give him the opportunity to be in the show because he will be succeeding the last doctor. Key word = Succeeding.

Saw the show last night. The backup doctor was playing the swamp monster and the guy who normally plays the swamp monster was playing Igor. BTW, the backup doctor has also backed up the vampire in Fiends and both male leads in Night Beats. For those who don't recognize him, he played the vampire in Fiends last year, was Joseph in Gloria, and played several roles in Celtic Fyre throughout the season.
 
Best line of the night...
Creature: "Sorry I'm late! Sorry I'm late! I got held up by Hurricane Sandy."

Also, kudos to the FIENDS crew for their hilarious tribute to the DIG IT UP crew. Towards the end when Igor was chasing the Doctor with the hatchet, as they crossed in front of the crowd on the floor they started moving in slow motion (ala Chariots of Fire). Some of the actors from other shows were sitting right up front and absolutely lost it. This show on the final night of Howl-O-Scream was a blast!!!

I agree, I had such a hard time deciding whether I liked this or Dig it Up more this year. This made up my mind...Fiends was better.
 
Should be mentioned that Monster kissed Igor and Creature yelled "Stop humping the nurses" during the show. It was, actually, insane.
