If that has any ounce of truth to it, then it'll be a severe improvement to Tampa's Fiends, but it doesn't solve our Fiends problem.

Well I'm going to assume that you meant "ounce of truth" as in the guy I talked to, who was sitting at a table with other BGW employees, was lying to me. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. Point is the old Igor is gone and the show is suffering because of it. Whatever the reason it was, I hope he's still Playing Igor someone because he was too awesome to have been canned.

And I didn't say it like it was going to be an improvement and no shit it doesn't solve our Fiends problems. Thanks for the wonderful assessment, Captain Obvious. Damn.

I don't appreciate someone implying that either I am lying or that I'm dumb enough to believe something tells me. We were discussing the show and he explained why the actor had changed. I wasn't posting here to solve 'our' Fiends problem. I was posting with my experience of what happened and a conversation I had.

I'm still amused everyone focuses mainly on the nurses....

Trust me, I am just as grossed out by a greasy guy stripper as a trashy girl stripper. The difference is that I am not visually accosted by him as I walk through Killarney.

He has another tattoo too, I'm surprised they didn't block them out with make-up, because it looked bad. But still, HE CAN SHAVE HIS LEGS BUT NOT HIS CHEST??

I wasn't accusing you of lying. :/ We hear a lot of things on this forum coming from many different people. Some is legit, some is to be taken with a grain of salt. It's a huge case of "He said, she said" that's all.

The only reason why I even mention our Fiends, is because this is the thread for Fiends in Williamsburg, not Tampa. Thus, I wanted to make it more relevant to this thread, rather than Tampa's. That's it. Please don't go reading into my words as if I was looking for a fight. You'll find that I'm rather non-confrontational on here.

We were just so glad that Jeff was back as Freakenstein, that we were able to ignore how bad Igor and the Swamp monster was.

I loved the voice on the werewolf, but not as a werewolf singing that song -- it was too soft and melodic. So that was bad. I did really like the vampire though, more than last year.

If anything, the dialog seemed to be delivered in an even trashier way than last year. Pretty sure it was the same dialog, just the delivery made it more obvious what they were talking about.

Went twice on Friday, mostly to see Jeff.

I probably have more chest hair than that guy, but what astounds me is he shaves his legs but not his chest, I just found it strikingly odd.

Tattoos are evident in Monster Stomp dancers also. BG seems to have dropped its prohibition on body art.

They don't outright prohibit tattoos. They prohibit excessive and inappropriate tattoos that can't be covered up. A few small ones aren't a concern.

Yesterday's show was awesome. Probably my fave HOS show again. I still think the 2012 version was the best, but this wasn't so bad.

- A few more adult jokes to go around. They seem a bit more "in your face" about them this time around. The crowd seemed to love it though.
- They should've cast someone a little younger for the werewolf. He seemed a bit on the older side. Saw his beer gut a few times lol.
- Party City wig HAS to go. It looks awful. Did he have a wig last year? I don't remember. Creation didn't seem as fit as he did in years past either.
- Love the self-aware jokes. Those were great. Again, the crowd pretty much ate those up.

Overall, still the best HOS show IMO. Didn't see any glaring issues other than the ugly wig. Not as good as the 2012 showing but I'd say its on par with last year's at least.
