Or to do a cheap way just redo the effects an update them all

Yes. I think the concept for the ride is solid, and the structure is such that you simply redesign the interior experience around the same story and you'd be good to go.

For what it's worth, until about...I don't know...6 months ago, I thought EfP was the best themed attraction in the park. Of course, then Verbolten opened and the ride itself underwent some...eh-hem...some changes.

I was digging though the park's media images and spotted something I hadn't seen before. From the look of the splash range, I'd say that's opening year.

Very nice picture...love the little hint of Nessie in the top corner; I actually did not realize how close in proximity the two are to each other.
And yeah I agree By-Tor, definitely doesn't get that many people nowadays. :p

I love this picture! Are there any more aerial photos like this for other attractions around the park? I guess they didn't have the water guns then either.

I don't really like the water guns. They look really tacky. Red fire hose like water guns on seventh century themed ride.

If you're looking for an interesting aerial shot, I captured this on the Skyride during Christmas Town. You can also catch a glimpse of how close Loch Ness's tunnel really is to the ride.

Man, I would love to see an ariel photo of the park at night during Christmas Town, just to see how all the lights look from such an impressive angle.

I would love to see an aerial photo at night during Howl-o-scream. All the fog and green and orange lights would look super cool.

It is also funny to see Pompeii without it's quick queue line. Guess I have gotten use to it's presence.

The bridge by Pompeii, most known for its Howl-o-Scream offerings, is undergoing steel work during this off season.
