From the EPR Properties Q4 2025 earning call today. Just to clear up any confusion, the Q4 acquisition was Ocean Breeze water park, which is leased to Premier Parks.

Gregory Silvers
President, CEO & Board Chair

During the fourth quarter, we announced transactions which significantly expanded our portfolio of championship golf courses along with premier regional water park acquisition, further diversifying our attraction sector. As we move into 2026, we expect to build on our strong industry relationships while substantially increasing our investment spending. We are actively pursuing opportunities across multiple target property types with a flexible approach that encompasses both potential portfolio scale acquisitions and smaller strategic transactions, positioning us to capitalize on attractive opportunities as they arise.

We are quite pleased with the performance metrics at Enchanted Forest Water Safari in our operator's first full year of ownership.

Okay. And then I was just wondering, when we look in a sort of theme park world, there seems to be I guess, a certain amount of disruption going on and some new management changes. I'm just wondering, are they kind of showing up on your radar screen as a possible solution to some of the issues they might be facing?

Gregory Silvers
President, CEO & Board Chair
I think that's a very reasonable approach. I mean if you think about the names that are being dropped around we partner with many, if not all, of those names that are being dropped around. So I think it's something -- we think that business is actually very, very -- if you look over time, very stable cash cow kind of business. It needs to be a smart, thoughtful, well-covered kind of thoughtful business. But again, we play in that field. I don't know, Greg, if you want to.

Gregory Zimmerman
Executive VP & Chief Investment Officer
Well, I agree. And as we announced, we acquired something in the fourth quarter. So yes, we're enthusiastic about the attraction space.

All right. Thank you. And best wishes to you, Greg, going forward.

I missed it - Ocean Breeze as in the Virginia Beach waterpark is now owned by SF?

Little update here. The EnchantedParks.com URL briefly redirected to Calypso's Cove's website earlier and is now requesting a login to access it. Obviously this confirms what we already knew—the URL and brand is owned by the owner/operator of Enchanted Forest Water Safari, Calypso Cove, et al. More interestingly though, it signals something is still happening with the website behind the scenes. Putting it behind a login is ESPECIALLY interesting. I would have expected the simple redirect to remain in place if they were simply parking the domain.

They’re expanding the company to Enchanted Parks?

so Calypso’s Cove wants to expand the company and buy the Six Flags Parks like SFGEL?

Looks like we are getting close to an announcement.

There is a link on the enchantedparksusa instagram page (bit.ly/4r7qkYA) that redirects to this url.

Yeah?

looks like those parks are going with enchanted parks, so, yeah

Interesting how SFGE is the odd one out geographically speaking. The others all make sense as a foundation for a Midwest-based group.

It makes a ton of sense given Enchanted Park's current holdings in Old Forge, New York—namely Enchanted Forest Water Safari, Calypso’s Cove, Old Forge Camping Resort, and Water’s Edge Inn. They clearly want to become experts in the Upstate New York weekend trip segment and buying up Six Flags' Queensbury assets seems to really aid in that direction.

Great Escape was always a redheaded stepchild in the Six Flags chain anyway. Low ceiling, weird market, niche park—very good candidate for offloading. Hopefully it leads to more corporate attention for the property too.

giving six flags great escape has their original characters, I can see enchanted parks used these original characters to replace the looney tunes & peanuts gang in the parks that enchanted parks gonna take over

It’ll be a pain in the ass to dethemed Justice League
well, justice league would get a retheme to fit in whatever replaced the dc comics area at six flags St Louis

edit: I can see the justice league theming be given to six flags New England if they gonna build a justice league dark ride for their dc universe area

MY HOME PARK NO!

While it is sad that we won't be able to use a pass to Great Escape at all the other Six Flags parks, it could be a good thing for Great Escape. More capital investment and less corporate branding.
I mean yeah but.. would they try and ruin Charles Woods' legacy? I quickly seen EP's AI icon and i feel like it's horrifying to see Six Flags Great Escape being doomed to be part of it..
