I seen equipment there before at a guess it's probably related to the construction next door at the Old Village Shop site. There was a crane and a pile of work trucks in the overflow parking areas across 60 this morning @8:45. Trams were also out and about.
I got to the park around 5:30. It's possible it was 6 sharp by then, or slightly earlier. Heard normal (awesome) Pompeii area music from the parking lot. What time were you there? Pretty sure the music is for summer nights and the switchover occurs at 6pm
When we were entering the park at 9:45 this morning, no reservations were being checked.
My understanding is that BGW's unofficial and possibly official policy is check them if they are 80% or above in booking below that don't worry about it. WCUSA has been filling up a lot more consistently then BGW so that may be why one appears more consistent in checking then the other.Haven't been checked at BGW the last few times i went there. Water Country has been pretty strict about reservations though.
Nope still there on the home screen.I may have missed it but I thought reservations are gone. I don’t see the reservation messaging on either website for BGW and WCUSA.
Well let’s see, for starters you can litterally put 12345678910, 77777777777, or even the number 11 and get a reservation.
They don’t check them. There is no longer a barcode to scan. And they do not staff based on reservations like any sensible business would. I’ve gotten used to it but it’s definately not a great system as it is right now.
You were supposed to keep the master plan a secret till after they opened Pantheon and we had our BGWfans only ride day.Step 1: Pick a Day You Want to Visit BGW
Step 2: Make a Reservation for Yourself
Step 3: Get a VPN
Step 4: Write a Script to Book Thousands and Thousands of Reservations with Randomly Generated Fake Pass IDs for That Day Until the Day is "Booked"
Step 5: Enjoy an Empty BGW and Watch the Reservation System Quickly Vanish
Obviously no one should do this, but, theoretically, someone could do this—assuming it's even possible for a day to be fully booked anymore.
Also, you can hire college kids to do things like repeatedly book reservations like you mentioned…..and fairly cheap. No need for fancy computer programs.
