Since enforcement has been debated so much apparently fighting with staff members about wearing your mask on a ride WILL get you escorted out of the park by security.
What I find the most ironic in all of this:
you and Zachary are allllll up in arms about how dangerous BGW is making the park. How they are “Luring people in with the promises of safety” are whatever BS dramatic line he used.
yet you STILL keep going and STILL stood in those lines.
makes a person think that you’re just looking for a reason to complain about something you don’t actually care about in order to make yourself look better? It’s a weird flex.
hmmmm

Sadly it was a family with a son that took his mask off on Griffin When informed that they both couldn't get their picture from the ride and also wouldn't be allowed to ride it anymore that night because of his behavior the mother started screaming at the team member for not being fair to her son who was a teenager so old enough that there was no excuse for him not knowing that what he did wasn't allowed. Several security members quickly arrived and escorted the family in the direction of the England and presumably the gate.A beligerent guest? On St. Patrick’s Day? THAT’S UNPOSSIBLE. (Good.)
Can confirm. My wife was speaking with the team member at the photo place right before this family walked up. Team member even guessed in advance that this would be a problem.Sadly it was a family with a son that took his mask off on Griffin When informed that they both couldn't get their picture from the ride and also wouldn't be allowed to ride it anymore that night because of his behavior the mother started screaming at the team member for not being fair to her son who was a teenager so old enough that there was no excuse for him not knowing that what he did wasn't allowed. We had the bad luck of being on the same train but infront of them so I witnessed pretty much the whole thing they had already been told by the platform staff that they would not be allowed back on Griffin for the rest of the night for his behavior which was clearly intentional since he waited till the train had reached the hang over part the ripped it off clearly knowing they couldn't stop the ride at that point. Can confirm. Busch Gardens is a public place that serves the customers interests. If a substantial number of customers do not feel safe then the park will take measures, especially during a public health emergency like COVID-19. You’re entitled to your opinion but the fact is at the end of the day is you’re not entitled to disrespect and violate others safety. You have yet to offer anything productive to the conversation but deflection.
Nobody cares if you think they shouldn’t go to the park. Nobody cares if you think wiping down the rides doesn’t help. (frequency and validity of proof proves you wrong) What people reasonably do for their entertainment is not any of your business.

1) Busch Gardens is a private place
2) I've not one time disrespected others in the park violated anyone's safety. I've followed every rule the park has.
3) I have not deflected. I'm addressed everything thrown my way...including your unproductive post.
4) Awful lot of responses for "nobody caring" what I think...including yours.
5) Wiping down rides would help - Never said it didn't. Wiping down the ride 1 time every hour does not help. It's for show.
6) I never once said it was my business. This is a message board where people share opinions. I'm sharing mine.
Thank you not caring but responding.
As it should. It's a business that has every right to kick you out if you don't follow the rules they outline.

Time to open up all the rows on the coasters.
Fingers crossed they still wipe them down once an hour though.
All rows are open…have been for awhile. The only real changes I’ve seen are that the Battering Ram has only 1-2 empty rows in the middle. Meaning, where you aren’t directly facing someone, you are sitting right behind them. I didn’t go to the Whirly Worms on my last visit, but likely true there as well.Time to open up all the rows on the coasters.
And clearly we’re sharing facts about why your opinion is trash and yet you still resort to underhanded jabs then pretend as if you’re innocent when people call you out. Just because people address still means people don’t give a damn about your opinion whether you like it or not. We just don’t care for when people like you believe that you’re personal opinion puts others at risk and people have a right to call your bluff on it. The reason you feel attacked is because you’re ignorant as hell. The proof is in the pudding itself and you will continue to prove the point because that’s how fools such as your self act.
The reason the conversation is not productive is because your regressed it to that point. So don’t pretend things are all shits and giggles.
Everyone please remember our rule against personal attacks.
I'm not sure you can draw that conclusion:
1. Analysis is still on-going. Until a decision made, nothing should be implemented.
2. Changing the social distancing requirements for kids in schools is what is being discussed. BGW has a lot of adult guests.
I'm not attempting to make a case for or against the theory that children are affected differently than adults. I am only pointing out that the discussion is about social distancing in schools and does not include other recommendations. It may be that as more research is done, scientists will change their recommendations for everyone, especially since the study did include staff. But that hasn't happened yet.
I'm not sure why you continue to respond to aggressively to people on this Forum.
Here is what the CDC does know about children, schools, and COVID:

Mask-wearing is key. Walensky noted, in response to McMorris Rodgers' questions, that a smaller distance would require 100 percent mask compliance.
Dr. Robert Murphy, a professor of infectious diseases at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, said that as long as people are not singing or shouting or otherwise emitting a lot of respiratory droplets, a physical distance of 3 feet appears to be safe, as long as people are masked.
