How about volunteers to care for the animals? It takes lots of people to stand there holding cups of nectar for the birds.
For Bush-gardens, the way that you guys are describing it.. They are probably trying out some safety techniques for when the park opens in maybe...mid-August or mid-September, This is just a guess.

I keep refreshing the website hoping to see park reservations opening up, I really want to be there opening day for a ride on Invadr and some good Smokhouse bbq!
If BGW is going to do it like BGT they’ll announce the reopening date and then the reservation system will go live 1-2 days before the reopening date. (I believe)
a small short auto racing track by Langley Air Force base. I think it has a usual crowd limit of 10,000 if I remember correctly so it should fall in a similar bracket to BGW for the restrictions.
^^-- Dominion Raceway is about the same size track but with smaller stands from what I can tell. I would estimate the typical crowd as 1000 and they are limiting sales to 1000. They sold out fast for their first race this year but tickets are still avail. for 8/1. At any rate, I doubt the 1000 person cap is near the restriction as it is for BGW. They also do a lot of non-spectator(?) track activities, if you want to drive your fast car or try a race car type of thing.
Just because they made nice chart graphic doesn't mean every item is correct or even could be. It can't really take into account social distancing practices, although it does look like a mostly accurate indicator of variability due to them. In the normal, non distanced state, the scale would very nonlinear, with crowded indoor events increasing danger by a factor of 1000 or more. Some could still be safe at a very small proportion of capacity.
I would put a local amusement park safer than going shopping ... for 6 hours. Destination/Florida, not so sure.

It's legit, though. Park has hours posted for July 29th and on. But googling that headline doesn't find the article.

They have hours posted for July 29th and on. While that may not be official confirmation, I'm not sure why they'd do that otherwise.
They’ve been continuously pushing a placeholder date back since march. While I would love to see the park open this may be another one of those placeholder dates that will later be pushed back.
This has been the case for months now. We said the same thing about June 15th or something. And then July 1st. They just keep pushing back the calendar.
