Have not even made it into the park and caught something worth sharing. They have installed a pedestrian fence on the tramway Bridge this seems to pretty much 100 percent confirm that they intend to use the lower lots and have people walk up the tramway in the near future.

So do you think this is just a general investment for the future, or to help the area not get too crowded with COVID?

I have lots of questions about this, but specifically how heavily will they advertise this to encourage people to buy preferred parking? Because that's obviously the primary goal: the concern with the trams is obviously distancing/COVID, but the feasibility of young families walking those longer distances is pretty slim. Gonna be fascinating.

My HOPE is this is a temporary Covid measure to allow them to use the lower lots without running the trams which are obviously extremely hard to social distance riders on. My fear is that the park will decide its a viable staff cutting method at least for less busy days.

Honestly walking from those lots would be faster most the time than waiting on the tram. I would welcome a walking option permanently even if they continue the tram.

I think that's a good idea, but I'd hope they get trams back up and running whenever it's prudent to do so... Mainly so I can get the 'this tram runs on propane so don't smoke on it or else it'll be the fastest ride in the park' speil on the rare occasion I actually take it.
 
I got directed to the England lot and saw several cars coming in from the employees side can anyone confirm I'd that is open for platinum members?
 
Not sure since it’s been awhile, but the announcement seems new. Instead of “face coverings are required” generally speaking, the announcement now specifies you should wear a face covering unless seated at a table. Again, maybe new just to me, but new.

Considering my first visit at the end of the month with an 11 and 7 year old. Is covid impacting it enough to skip the park? Whats open this time of year?
