What if Mach tower were to get replaced with a PolerCoaster that had a viewing platform on top as well?
Provides a better option for viewing the river and such than Mach Tower along with providing something that would probably get more ridership from the GP than mach tower?

SV from KD?

Sorry I wasn't super clear there - Safari Village, before the retheme to Jungle X-Pedition... Basically what was KD's version of Festa with fun but disjointed ride themes crammed into the bottom left corner of the park map off of the looping pathway.

Much as I like that this probably won't be another launch coaster with the notoriously screechy LSM technology, I'm not sure this will fit in Mach Tower's plot.

tbh all the rides at bushc kinda suck im down w that

they all some lame ass beemers, like a buncha old ass heads were like "hey lets build this super intricately themed ride that uses the terrain" 😴
see the new designers realize they dont have time for that and just built sweet ass rides like tempesto that all just kick unlimited ass and dont worry abt the stupid terrain and trees. what is this, a botanical garden? this is bursh gardens lmaoooo

Maybe hot takes?

Escape from Pompeii needs to go. Breaks down a ton, the show building doesn’t work all the time, and the drying situation/water cannons make it a pain. Get a new Intamin water ride to use a lift behind the building and pass through it.

Roman Rapids needs an overhaul. I get it’s not going anywhere. But take away all the “get wet” elements and make it a leisure ride with elements showing the cultures of Marco Polos encounters.

DiVincis Garden just needs all new flats. Get the newest Zemparlia flats with the nebulizer, the super air race, windstarZ, and a few things like th
Last weekend I spotted supplies under Apollo's lift hill. Im guessing these are for RR's overhaul. I do hope that RR will get removed because that is some prime real estate over there. I would love to see an Intamin water coaster or and b and m flyer or surf coaster. I think the flying machine should be removed along with DiVincis.

I don't think everything needs to be replaced by a coaster. Roman Rapids without the "get wet" elements and just a nice raft ride with the occasional upsplash just from the speed and sloshing around, mainly looking at nice statues and landscaping and stuff would be an awesome time-killer attraction to enjoy. Like a themed outdoor experience, could be cool. Similar to what @warfelg was getting at.

After riding Infinity Falls and Mystic River I am all in for a redone modern rapids ride replacing RR. Both of those attractions have a ton of kinetic energy and the elevator lift alone would serve as a great weenie in Festa and help increase foot traffic to the back half of the hamlet and La Cucina.

Waiting on the dock for Rhine River Cruise, my wife and I were thinking of ways to somehow get guests in wheelchairs or other disabled guests down to the lake to ride the boats. This sparked a bit of a brainstorming and thinking outside the box. While I didn't come up with a way to get guests with wheelchairs down the hill at first, I thought of something else: Why not connect the cruise dock to Italy by footpath? In the past, I've heard it talked about to include another dock for the cruise to act as a transport ride, but if Grimm's Landing was extended just a bit into that tributary across from the dock, and another set of stairs was built up to San Marco, it would create quite the shortcut.

Below, I have a picture of what that could potentially look like. there is enough room there to put a small shop, perhaps a drink stand or the Rhine Pearl Gift Shop again. It would be quite a steep set of steps in that location though.

However, when it comes to guests in wheelchairs getting down the hill, a ramp could be built on the Rhinefeld side of the lake, behind the Skyride station and carousel, adjacent to the Rhine River Cruise Maintenance area creating an ADA entrance for the Cruise next to the Skyride entrance. That would look something like this:

Rhine ADA.png

In my opinion, I think that ADA access to the Cruise is a good idea. It may not have been implemented over the last few decades for reasons I'm not aware of like evacuation off a sinking boat but there are life jackets on board the boats. Small modifications could be made to allow wheelchairs to park on the boat as well.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the preferable solution assuming it's not far too expensive (probably is tbh) would be some kind of elevator system.

This is because those hills are particularly steep, so a ramp would need to be exceptionally long and potentially take a lot of RPA buffer space to be built at a manageable incline.

I just thought of an idea for something that could go in the DF plot, and I know no one else has said it. What if they put in a Mack rides water coaster.
Hear me out. We know Mack is still making these.
The likelihood that SEAS gets a powersplash is low tbh, but a water coaster might be more likely. They’re also more flexible and would provide for more thrills and splashes on a hot day. Reusing the DF station (redone, but platform stays), You could place an indoor start (ala JTA) and then go up a lifthill that leads into a sweeping left/right hand drop to dive towards the Rhine, make a helix in the opposite direction and splash down into the building. More darkride style stuff, and then enter an enclosed lifthill then proceed into a small drop inside the building, more darkride, then proceed up one last lifthill into a twisting drop out of the building into a large splashdown (featuring an airtime hill into it) and return to the station. Would this fit in the area? Maybe. Would they do it? Probably not. Can we wish? Yes we can.

Howloscream but instead of how we do it, close the park at 5 and have a holding area in Oktoberfest. Drinks and food available, 6:30 reopen the park. Use this time to bring out more adult set pieces and decor or bring out bigger items for walkways. I.e. HHN

I think we'll get to this point before too terribly long—especially if KD goes separately ticketed in 2023 as rumored. SEAS has to see dollar signs when they look at the upcharge HOS events as the various SeaWorlds and BGT.

BGW has gotten around this in the past because they have made Christmas Town a separately ticketed event unlike BGT and SeaWorld who just have it as a normal event that happens. I think that SEAs is a little wary of messing with the cash cow that is HOS and potentially losing lots of money. I think they would watch KD and see how it pans out before they made any decision.

If they were to put a simulator ride back into this space, could this be a viable option for the park (assuming they have the space or could get a custom sized one)? Would you want something like this?
