It looked like the entire tender was tarpped, but only the cab of the engine. I’m hoping that makes it an easier (less costly) repair. New propane tanks, plumbing on the tender, some new plumbing and gauges/controls on the engine. The paint forward of the cab did not appear at all damaged, so I would imagine the boiler and such was not harmed in the incident. A lot of work, but not a complete refit at least.
