Haven't seen it in person yet, but from what we're seeing/hearing there's easy fixes they could implement:

1. Adjust the brightness of the screens down. Doesn't even have to be done by editing the media, can adjust the actual settings on the monitor.

2. Add a rocky looking border to the edges of the screen to make it look more integrated. Pretty simple with foam sculpt or even decals from the sign shop if there isn't clearance for it to be 3D.

Can be a little hard to see if you’re not looking for it. But the picture quality was great and frankly was larger than I anticipated. Not to mention the final surprise is still missing

Some photos of the new theming in the queue
Some of those posters would be cool merch items... if you're listening BGW

It was recorded on a GoPro, but it's brighter in person than in the video.

I don't think the tunnel is super well executed at the moment, but I can't be upset about it. I think think it's far better than any previous iteration of the tunnel and I think we should take improvements anywhere and everywhere we can get them.

Overall, the park did a great job with the project and Nessie is the best she has ever been thanks to this project.
This exactly.

1. I think unless you’re expecting the tunnel to look like the station for Leviathan in SWA, it’s bound to look better in person than it does on video.

2. They still haven’t put in the finishing touches. They also have the monster roaring while you’re going through the cave which I didn’t notice the first time and I think is super dope.

3. With all that said- when are they planning on adding the final encounter with Nessie in the cave?

Cave needs just blue lights to make it feel like underwater and a prop Loch Ness head at the end. No screens needed.
I don’t think there’s any room in the cave to put a physical prop. I mean, it barely has the clearance to let a coaster in there!

A border alone would fix the issue. Haven’t seen it in person it is the hard edges that make it stand out. It doesn’t have to be 3 dimensional but something to make it look like an opening in the rock work would be great.

There’s something under a blue tarp by the second loop. Any chance that’s Nessie waiting to be installed?

Yeah the tunnel looks garbage rn, hopefully they fix it. Even then, still my second favorite arrow looper in VA. This ride still looks to be a (albeit smoother, even if I never had an issue with that!) complete snooze

How anyone can enjoy Anaconda is amazing. Props 😅 it and Hulk are at the bottom for me.

Really looking forward to the finished product and the Nessie statue in place.

I rode Loch Ness twice today.

The added theming really adds to the experience. I hope this rehab gets a lot of praise from the public because I really want to see Darkoaster and Pantheon actually get some theming and Verbolten needs its old effects in the show building back.

The ride isn't really that much smoother than it used to be. The turn over LOD is smoother, but there's a jolt at the end of the ride and there's a bit of shake in the loops still.

The tunnel effects aren't great, but its better than nothing. They should move the screens to the left side so you can actually see what's going on.

I do love the added audio on both lifts, but the chain makes too much noise to hear properly. You hear it better if you sit on the left side.

The park has a winner on their hands. This change wasn't really needed, but this change is extremely positive.

The screens on the left were off for a reason. It's like putting your face 6 inches away from an 80 inch flat-screen with 720p resolution. It was a blue blur. It's off so guests can't see it. I also think the last screen on the right that you actually can see, should be on a trigger so it's not on a loop for 3 laps around the helix and comes on as a surprise at the end.
