It was the guy installing the bracket for the speaker. He jumped in with his waders to fish around for it. He ended up finding it by the looks of it.

The bottom of the loops are the only areas I got particular roughness from the jackhammering but looking at how they shaped their track it makes total sense why a lot of the loopers age like milk. Nessie has aged really well comparatively .

The loop roughness, are you referring to before or after the refurb?

Not me lying to my boss about my grandfather dying so I could go to the Capitals Stanley Cup parade (he saw right through me and didn’t tell me I was off until he came to the pool around noon that day and was like you’re supposed to be off today why are you here?)… whoops

I hope the jackhammering is gone. Made me not want to ride it.

Damn that sucks for you. I was in Kentucky about to go visit him at the hospital when they called. I explained I couldn’t be there in two hours because I was about an 8 hour drive away. But I like to think I was promoted to customer. I worked culinary and it made wish Id slip on some grease and bash my head against the counter and die… do not recommended.

Karma definitely came back to bite me in the ass on that one lol... when he passed away a year and a half later, it was the day before Game 6 of the World Series and I wound up missing that parade too because my parents were in Roanoke planning the funeral and I was away at college... lol.

My story aside- very, very sorry that you had to go through that! 😟
