I know someone already asked this, but I dont want to scroll through 24 pages to find it, and I can't remember the answer. Are the block brakes in front of the tunnel being removed with this renovation?

IIRC (also too lazy to go find the discussion), the MCBR was programmed out of the block system at some point and now it's only used as trims... right?

That's a fantastic place to advertise this.

While the Siegel Center isn't the biggest of college basketball venues, the fans and students always pack the place so lots of eyes will still see what BGW has going on for this year.
I think they could benefit from all VA colleges. VT JMU UVA etc

Yeah putting a BGW ad up at the Dedmon Center at Radford would probably just result in ridicule by locals and students. “That place is 4 hours away lol”
Ive seen countless people coming further! And when students go on breaks and the summer, they can be closer to the area potentially!

*Cries in ODU*
All count! I would target multiple sports events, with multiple families attending!

Yeah, UVA alum here: same goes for Charlottesville. Not only are college students not the target audience for a theme park, but BGW is over 2 hours away, so even the families in the crowd will probably be only somewhat interested.

In the rare instances where someone I knew at UVA did make a trip to a theme park, it was always KD — 2 fewer hours of driving round-trip.

For people surprised that BGW would do something like a renovation of a roller coaster, I'm just sayin'. Look at their logo. The Loch Ness Monster's interlocking loops are part of it. It's something that they're really proud of and want to preserve the ride for as long as possible.

I guess the bush in the logo was also supposed to represent either a pun for "busch" or that it's the most beautiful theme park, but that idea's starting to go downhill. Seems that they're still trying ... a little bit.

From Land of the Dragons the new break run structure is starting to take form hopefully they blend it to the existing station.

What do you mean blend it to the existing station?

The building is on the rolling part of the transfer track table itself. It won't be a continuous building to the station if that's what you're wondering.

No I didn't think it would be a continuous building I am hoping that they do some themeing to it so that it looks like it fits with the castle like structure of the station and not like someone parked a car port next to a castle.

Oh I see. I'm hearing it should look like the extended queue line structures. Metal roof and tarp walls.
