If you have a platinum membership then your benefits just changed. If you had the original premier membership which have you admission to all 11 parks then you continue to be grandfathered into those benefits that you originally received and don't get the new benefits. Everyone else should have just gotten new benefits based on their membership level
I feel so tricked when being fed the initial information about changing pass member to membership. From simplifying the pass structure (how many exceptions are there now including levels named the same but having different benefits), best price ever before this offer expires, WC no WC, 11 parks or not, and on and on. Let's all pay more and go from pass member to membership and get rewarded nicely for it. Yes, this is SO much simpler. Glad I upgraded while it was the best...oh wait. I challege someone to make a chart of all the levels, prices, and benefits that have been offered since the beginning. It would be interesting to see all the differences they've offered or changed laid out if one place.
I saw on facebook in one of the BGW groups that Premier and platinum can use the employee entrance to enter the parking lots It was my understanding that it was only Platinum that had this perk, however i won’t complain if premier is included?
Fwiw it's always been anyone with free premium parking.

Here is the current breakdown of the benefits for each tier.
When they changed the membership structure for the second time maybe they shouldnt have given them the same name. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum maybe?
The standard thing is if you are a member in good standing you can temporarily suspend membership. Just give em a call.

I am creating a spreadsheet with all of the upgrades and estimated values. To do that, I need to know what each tier has been promised.
Can y'all PM me what kind of pass or membership you have, when you purchased it (pre/post membership overhaul), and a listing of the perks you have now been promised?
I am especially interested in new Premier, grandfathered old annual passes (all levels), and Basic.

Seriously, it's really the only complaint I have about the parks. I was originally a Platinum holder then I upgraded to Premier membership when that became the highest tier and then like a year later they rolled out yet another bunch of levels and Platinum became the highest tier again but so now I'm a grandfathered in on my Premier membership that gets almost all the Platinum benefits.
I still get all the perks at other parks but for things like reserved seating at some places they made it so unnecessarily confusing for their staff cause people get confused at my passes.

You mean as in promised in todays email? Ill be honest I have no idea what im supposed to get at this point things have changed so many times. I upgraded to Premier memberships the first week ot was offered. Oh, and todays email came to my email address with my wifes name....wonder if she got mine?
No. There are new benefits fir Platinum. The problem is that both grandfathered and new Premier seem to be getting the Platinum upgrade. Not an upgrade to Platinum, but the upgrade and the Platinum COVID add-ons.
I have a grandfathered Premier, and it does look like I got upgraded to Platinum with the new upgrades that existing Platinum are receiving. I kind of get it, since grandfathered Premier already has most of the perks of Platinum, so an upgrade to Platinum w/out the “COVID” perks is not that great. But it also doesn’t seem fair to existing Platinum, since they do and should have a few extra perks for their extra $. While we can appreciate their effort here, this is just another example of how convoluted the whole pass/grandfathered membership /new membership confusion is.
