This is the first year my daughter is not eligible for the Preschool pass. I have Platinum and my wife and son have unlimited memberships. Given all the free passes we’d probably be set for visits in the fall and winter if we got her a fun pass. She’d miss out on perks and early admission days but the jump in price from fun pass to unlimited is hard to justify...

You could get her a basic membership. That would get her the perks. And depending on when you go you could avoid using your free tickets and give them to friends or family.

If I recall correctly it was one extra at BGW and one extra at WCUSA. According to the member benefits page that is the case.
There is one for WCUSA in May and one for BGW in August

My first year of Unlimited is going to expire in a couple of weeks and I'm wondering if there is an advantage to committing to another year vs going month to month. I'm hoping for another Black Friday sale, would I have to be monthly in order to get that deal when (or if) it comes around?

If you are month to month you can cancel and renew if there's a deal price. The other important thing to remember is that the price you signed up for is only guaranteed for 12 months after 12 months they can change it to the current price of the memberships. That doesn't mean they will but it's in the ezpay contract that the price is only guaranteed for a year.

But I think if you want to maximize your savings you should go month to month until black Friday and switch over to that pricing for a treat

I noticed that my “ticket” states 15% off food and merchandise. I thought it was 20%??? (Platinum membership)

You will get the 20% off food and March discount as on the website. The e-tickets for platinum membership doesn’t provide the most up to date info. The actual card you will use for the platinum membership will have the correct info about your pass on it.

One thing that I noticed but didn't think to mention here.. during CT they actually started applying the 2020 updates. Meaning during CT 2019 we were getting 20% off everywhere already

Decided to get a platinum pass this year ? Will it be worth even if I can’t make it down to Florida ?
I think so. The extra benefits of Platinum are worth it. The free photokey, 2 food and wine vouchers and more bring a friend tickets are really nice to have.

Not to be difficult but that is a VERY open ended question. Really if depends on how you plan to use it. If you do a bunch of shopping then the discount is good. Also it does come with other bennifits. Can you tell us how you plan to spend you time and when you plan on visiting?

I honestly wanted the pass for the free preferred and the discounts and some of the other benefits that come with it. I was planning a trip to Florida but idk if I’m really going to go so idk if I wanted to get the platinum or just get the premium

I think it depends on how often you go; whether you will bring guests; and if you will use perks like the free F&WF samples. With that information the math is pretty straightforward.

I know we're very happy that we made the decision to upgrade to the 11-Park membership. We initially only did it for some of the local perks, but back in November a friend had a wedding in Florida, so we tacked on two extra days to our trip and went to BGT and SWO, both were incredible and to me that more than made the difference.

I noticed that premier memberships now have a buy one photo get the second one free perk...if I bought my premier membership last season and I’m on ez pay I should have this perk correct? Just wanted to be 100% before I go and end up being wrong

How do all of these new perks for the new generation Premier and Platinum translate over to the grandfathered Premium? Is there no correlation between the 2 or are there unspoken benefits being added?
