Translation: We make too much money from Disney related sales, so we're going to make sure we write in enough exceptions so we can profit.
Technically, you can sue anyone over anything, but that doesn't mean it won't get thrown out. However, I’m not a legal expert and have no idea what you can sue people over.
I'm no legal expert either but I'm pretty sure that since TripAdvisor et al. are private companies, they can do what they want. It's still shitty virtue-signaling though.
Is that how it works though? Isn’t it TripAdvisor’s right as a private entity to “discriminate” against once company as much as they want to?
Plus, since most of these sites have some sort of asterisk that “explains” the discrepancy between Disney and Seaworld, even if there was a case to be had, I feel like they could easily make the “captive mammals aren’t central to the Disney experience” cop-out argument and be safe anyway.
Just gonna leave this one here![]()
PETA stages protest at SeaWorld Orlando on theme park's reopening day

Release them still, they deserve to be freed.
Not just die but likely die very painfully. I again point to Keiko. The final report issued by the group that was trying very hard to return him to the wild is extremely damming. Despite an extreme effort to teach him he was an extremely poor hunter that was starving and down almost 4 THOUSAND pounds or close to 25% of his body weight. He was both lonely and desperate for food which lead him to constantly seek out humans and causing him to get dangerously close to boats. His weight loss and his lack of natural defenses to stuff he encountered suppressed his immune system and led to chronic and severe pneumonia. He was in such pain that he tried to beach himself on more the one occasion basically meaning he was in so much pain that he was trying to kill himself. What makes you believe that any of those things would be what any annimal would want to go through? If they released them they would just die, so you want them to die instead of being kept in a place where they are fed everyday and don't have to worry about predators?
