That's where the Coke Market building is going- I updated the post with a bit more info just a second ago.

The colors of the English flag are also red and white, but the park probably doesn't even know that. I bet it's a lucky accident, or the coke thing.

I am assuming it is a lucky accident. They probably used red and white since those will probably be the main colors symbolizing the British colors minus the blue. But I still think it is a very neat coincidence that it could be as if the walls were foreshadowing the finished product.

Hopefully they will still sell the ChristmasTown smore thing somewhere since the Cotton Candy stand where they were sold from in previous years is gone now. Being diabetic I pass up most super high sugar items while at BG but those are delicious and one has to be had at least once during the Christmas season there

"ChickenKing mentioned to me that it looks like they have been doing some digging as well, most likely for the plumbing for the soda machines."

When they built the new Medical Center I work in we are located on the lowest level of A six story hospital.

All of our fountain supply lines and drains run through a system of pipe conduits that were spread out over the foundation layer of concrete and the final layer of concrete was poured right on top of it to hide everything underneath the floor. Much later in the process when we were receiving vendor supplied equipment Coke & Pepsi came and "pulled" all the supply lines for Syrup and CO2 to the fountain units through the conduit system. The "run" from the back of house to fountain unit was over 60 feet. I would assume a similar system would be used here if there are standard fountains installed. The Freestyle system is all self contained except for CO2 lines I think.

The infrastructure for even A small shop is overwhelming and most people never even see it because it is all hidden away. Seeing the "guts" of our new Hospital as it was being built and finished out during the various stages of construction has given me A huge appreciation of the people who labor very hard to build any project big or small. Hopefully the finished project will be something nice and done very well but I am not holding on to much hope.

The white with red cross is the St. George's Cross. The Flag of England. They should have just put the cross instead if the X. Because what they made was the flag of Alabama. Lol.

In case anyone is wondering what happened to the Cotton Candy stand, it was not totally destroyed. In fact the main structure is still fairly together with some slight damage, minus the missing counters and half walls.

Oh, the reminds me, the name of the new Coca-Cola Market will be 'Union Snacks'. With that said, I think it is safe to say they will have various snack foods, though I do think they will probably have prepackaged cotton candy.

My thinking is they will repurpose it. Not necessarily use it as a cottony candy stand, but still put it to good use maybe during the Food & Wine Festival or another special event.

That's not a very good play on words.

Oh I just had the funniest thought. "What are they going to call Flippery Frillery now, Union hats?" LOL, but I don't allow Busch Gardens to do this, please don't, please.

For a snack stand name, it is quite decent. At least it has a proper name that doesn't sound too terribly thrown together. *Looks at Irish Nacho/Irish Talking Tree/AB Shrimp Stand*

I was perusing all of the articles on Behind the Thrills site about Diagon Alley, and it really made me a bit sad about Banbury Cross. Looking at the London area they are building, Universal is really going to end up making BGW seem even sillier.

Well you know, considering it isn't London, and it's themed to the 16th century, and they're building things themed to the 20th. This was exactly my first fear about this.

I'm not sure if the architecture will resemble 20th century just yet. I am fairly certain they don't want to blatantly add a random building that doesn't look anything like everything else around. With that said, we shall see how things play out.
