Hypothetically speaking here.....Suppose that AP got seatbelts like all of these other B&M hypers. Other than slowing down load/unload times, would it affect the ride experience itself? Has anybody ridden one of these airtime giants with seatbelts yet to give an accurate assessment?

I rode Nitro with its style of seatbelts back in 2001, they don't have any affect on the ride unless the op tries to slice you in half by pulling on them. Also as far as I'm aware the seatbelts were a Cedar Fair move and not something ordered by B&M themselves, so other hypers are safe.

Waiting all winter to ride it is long enough for me.  We usually ride in the back, occasionally front, multiple times each visit and can never get enough of it.  There are just so many factors that make this ride as great as it is, to want to continuously ride it.  AC is definitely one of my top favorite rides, no matter which seat.
I know you posted this a while ago but I definitely agree, I'd go to BGW just to ride AC! Best ride in the park in my opinion.

Hard to believe it has been 15 years.  I would love to attend the birthday event but will be away on a camping trip.  Chickenking has me thinking about what happened 15 years ago.  A few on this forum may get this.  I do not think it is too soon. ;)  Hopefully this will not get me in trouble, it seems like most everyone has a sense of humor.
