I have seen that some parks (Carowinds and KD) have a large concert stage on the outskirt of the park where it can be accessed from the park and the parking lot. I do not see any current space at BGW for a concert stage except in the new area that dffan is suggesting for further development.

I am new to this thread. I believe that a 4D coaster would be neat, but they seem to take up a lot of space. I don't think that a 4D coaster would be an ideal attraction for 2013. Maybe they will realize how bad of a mistake Europe in The Air was and replace that.

Actually X2 is rather small and linear. It's a double out and back, but the track is very compact. If it's anything like that then it wont take up much space, probably half of what apollo does lengthwise, but 1.5 times as wide. That concept for the new B&M wingrider seems very compact as well.

Agreed, Before they expand the park they need to fix up what they already have. They should bring Curse of DarKastle back to it's former glory and replace EitA with something more on par with BGW's brand of quality. And there's some other things I'm sure they need to improve on too.

Mind you EitA was built during InBev's stint in the parks, including the whole Sesame Place area by England. InBev was the worst thing ever for Busch Parks and I really wish that whole ordeal never even happened. Busch should look into removing as much of InBev's decisions as possible to rid themselves of what was basically their stint in hell.

Imo, I don't want to see an S&S 4D in America anytime soon. We have X2 and that should be enough. An Intamin Ballcoaster would be pretty neat since it will take up minimal space, and it is loads of fun from what I've heard.

Here's a nice vid of what NOT TO DO while testing a ride... courtesy of the ever so great Six Flags Magic Mountain and their new Intamin Ballcoaster.

hahaha! I thought that was someone throwing up at first until I was the water dumping out where it got stuck in the middle. :)

Uhm? ALL of America? I dont think we have enough in the WORLD quite frankly. X2 is amazing, and not that many people on these forums have ridden it. Amazing rides the 4D's are, and I thought so even before it became X2. It's only a shame no one else in the US has the cajones to build one so far after the disaster that was X.

You'd rather people build "Ballcoasters" (sounds so wrong) than full sized 4d's? Do you work for Intamin sir? Are you attempting to market your product to Busch?....

The ballcoaster is like the flat ride of coasters... It's like a Mack Wild mouse. Fun the first few times... But then you realize it's pretty much the same basic thing you have ridden before elsewhere... That's where I see the ballcoasters going... It's also not what I see BGE doing in the next few years. They may be about to spend a fortune on 2012, But It doesnt appear to be anything more than a dressed up kids coaster. It's almost to be guaranteed the next coaster installation is going to be a beast...

And like I said in my previously ignored post before, X2 isnt even that big. You could probably fit about two maybe even 3 in the space Apollo takes up.

For the record InBev had nothing to do with the park's operations. First off InBev wanted nothing to do with the parks. Only reason they even got them was because they wanted AB. So why would they go spend money on the parks they want to get rid of? Second, Sesame Street was planned long before InBev even wanted AB. The contract to build that section was signed in 2006. Thats two years before the park was sold. Personally I still think Sesame Street was a wonderful addition to the park and its out of the way enough to not bother anyone who dislikes it.

All decisions made from 2008 to 2009 were made by the same people who were running the park prior.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I enjoy SS everyone in a while for the Whirley Worms and I can't figure out why people just don't like it. The characters aren't taking over the park (forget about the 4d movie and DWE) and its tucked away not getting in anybodys way.

Back on the subject of 2013 plans, I still would love a giga (more like MF, not I305) or strata (Mix of dragster and storm runner) at BGW... but I doubt either of those because of space.
