Like someone said they use lasers and GPS to get exact locations for the holes and footers. They aren't using anything physical to get the locations.

[rant]I have reasons why I find the name terrible:1. "Verbolten" is not a real German name/word. It's a play on words with "verboten" which in German means "forbidden". They added the "L" making it "bolt" because of the coasters anticipated fast speed. They think it's clever but really it's a lame pun that sounds like it was made up by a 10-year-old for an RCT3 creation.2. I know BGW isn't a museum but it does (or at least used to) provide some educational values to children and adults alike, teaching people about European customs, culture, languages, mythology, history, etc. I bet after this ride opens: many park-goers are going to think "Verbolten" is a real German word when really they mean to say "verboten".3. I really think BGW should be trying to come up with more clever names and not resort to puns. You have Alpengeist, that coaster has an awesome name! It sounds cool, it rolls of the tongue, and it sounds scary. Translated to English and it means: "Ghost of the Alps." Awesome! "Verbolten" on the other hand, they just took "verboten", added an "L" and made a pun. Translate this to English and it means: "Forbiddlen". That's not a word! In all honesty I would like the name (or hate it less) if they just dropped the "L" and called it "Verboten". Maybe add something to it like "Verbotene Wald" (Forbidden Forest), "Verboten Straße" (Forbidden Road), or "Verbotenen Weg" (Forbidden Path). (Just some examples.)So yea, In conclusion: Those are the reasons why I hate that name! I think it's insulting to the park, insulting to the German language, insulting to the Wolf, and insulting to me![/rant]James said:Name sounds just fine to me. Now if we are going to argue about the name lets actually present a real point as to why it is bad and not exaggerate and say it's bad for no real reason at all.
