RE: 2012 Coaster

Sunday, Someday, Someday?

But seriously, while they may keep certain things secret (like details inside of the events building), I bet we see a good bit of refined concept art (I guess it's not really concept art anymore) for the station/trains/etc and some details about the story's setup.

Maybe Saturday is the beginning of the advertising campaign? and not the actual reveal?

Possibly, but when would they reveal if they're looking to open at the beginning of the season?

Maybe 6 weeks after? Again I'm just guessing here since there hasn't been any campaign.

RE: 2012 Coaster

I blame Mach Tower for the lack of clever teasers. If MT opened on it's original planed date we would have probably had the coaster announced earlier this summer. They probably now just want to get the announcement out of they way after the whole MT fiasco and the fact that construction has already started.

This ride is slower than Cheetah Hunt by almost 10 mph

Why are you even bothering to compare the two as far speeds go?

Cheetah Hunt is on a much larger footprint than Verbolten. And Verbolten's space is more compact, especially with the event building. Add to that the maximum height of 126 feet. This isn't an Intamin Accelerator coaster that BGW bought.

And FWIW, It'll be going 5 mph faster than Big Bad Wolf.
