RE: 2012 Coaster (Name To Be Discovered)
The Big Bad Wolf had three trains, seven cars per train, and four passengers per car. This was standard for most coasters built by Arrow. At full capacity that would be 84 riders. If the new coaster is five 16 person trains that capacity is dropped from 84 to 80 (not a significant drop at all but still a drop).
Looking at this again I'm now starting to worry that this coaster will have the track layout and the elements of a legit decent sized coaster but will have the stylings of a kiddie coaster. (Zierer specializes in them.) So I worry that this thing will have a cartoony-style track with pencil-thin rails and small supports with "cute" little automobile shaped trains.
And I find the more trains there are on the ride, the more times the operators have to usher riders in and out, prep the train, and send it off. And considering this is a launching coaster, rides will probably be quick and operators will probably be coordinating station stops every thirty seconds to a minute. (Kinda seems like a lot of pressure and stress put on the workers.)
And this brings up another issue: How long is this ride going to be? The Wolf wasn't that long to begin with and it had two chain driven lift hills, this ride has multiple launches and follows a similar layout to the Wolf (according to leaked plans). I really hope this ride won't be too short.
...
Alright I just went off on a tangent there for a bit but I'm just having many thought about this ride at once... this is a very stress full time to be a BGW fan right now. :-/

That's easier said than done.
You need to take into consideration of the the size and weight of a larger train and the ability to launch them at proper velocity. And the launch sections are probably designed to handle smaller trains at once.
Plus, if they run 5 trains at maximum capacity they'll be able to have many riders on it. I read on other message boards that BGT was sending out Cheetah Hunt trains every 40 seconds using the dual loading station. Those trains hold 16 passengers each and with that launch interval that gives the coaster 1440 riders per hour.
