Chances are they just dropped all the entries into a hat and pulled one out. There's no way they read through all those entries and thought that one was the best.

Honestly, I believe they do just pick random people. I guess it makes people feel really special sometimes? Thinking they did so bad, then to find out they won. At least its not rigged and its random. More fairness in the game.

Who lifted the Oompa Band every day

To tell you the truth I got it from a sign on the Oktoberfest-Rhinefeld Bridge over by Darkastle. They have 14 or so heads of the vampire's "victims" and they are named after the executives of the two parks. It also has their blood type on the signs. But thanks for the compliment anyway! Btw I think everybody needs to start calling him this now.
