Well I will tell you that if I did something stupid knowingly and got injured while doing that thing, then I would run too

Guest then proceded to hurry out of the station as fast as they could despite operators telling them to stay put as a medic was on their way. The park employees caught up with them where the pics/vidoes of your ride are available for purchase.
Just curious...
Is there some assumption of authority that the employees or medics have here? Was the guest being detained against his will?

That's actually a very good question. This is from my experience of working at the park a very long time ago so it might have changed, but in the cases of medical or security issues, ride ops can tell guests to stay put and the guests are supposed to listen since they're supposed to adhere to the rules of the park, but they cannot touch them. The position I was in regularly required me to tell guests to stay put while security comes to escort them out of the park. This might have changed since I worked there though.

From what I can tell, I assume it's still the same. Plus it comes down to the fact that the park doesn't want someone running around who is gushing blood and leaving a trail on the ground. Also, if the guest had gotten past where he got to, it would've taken the medics a lot longer to find him. So, yes, I do believe the employees have some authority when it comes to making a bleeding person stay put.

I'm thinking a loose article or something of the sort on the second launch. The acceleration is killer, and if someone hat a hat or phone that flew, it would definitely cause some damage.

Thank you all for voicing your opinions. Sweepstakes rules and logistical considerations were major components in the decision to limit this giveaway to the states identified in the rules. We hope you understand.

Are wolves still in the event building?! I've ridden it about 100 times. Only had wolves twice. Rode it 10 times today, and had spirit 7 times and t'storm 3 times :dodgy:

It just isn't common is all. It's like flip phones. People just don't have very many of them anymore, but they are still somewhat common occasionally.

The wolves are still there, maybe the ride's just being stubborn for you.

I got the spirit of the forest for the first time last week. And yes wolves are still there I go it last weekend. After riding this ride 20 times in the last two years I have never had the spirit, in fact the most common one for me is the wolves, and sometimes I will get the storm.

We always get spirit in the red car, and the on ride video doesn't work on the red car. So we out smarted it (somehow) and we got the green car (of which the cameras work) and lightning storm. Only had wolves once this year and last year. I'm hoping.

Very stubborn indeed. I personally liked the wolves the best. Do the Wolves come on less? Or is it just my luck? And JuniorBG I'd be happy to let you have spirit, I've experienced it enough.

I might get a little hate for this, but I wasn't all that crazy about Verbolten when I first rode it. The waste of a perfectly good Porsche 911 at the entrance to the queue turned me off right away, but the ride itself....The only crazy thing about it for me was the track drop. Other than that...Meh, I have definitely been on way better rides than that. The famous drop to the water using the old support footings BBW used was cool, but, for me, with no inversions...I'm not going to spend an hour in line just to ride it again. Am I the only one who feels this way?

Busch Gardens actually bought the car already wrecked from somewhere in Europe (I'm sure whoever sold it felt like they got a steal!), as I was told by an informative employee stationed by it before Verbolten even opened. Do you like the ride now, IndyRacingNut ?

^^ Well I like the ride it is not the best. But I get on it almost every time I go there. The only thing that I don't like is how bumpy it can be at times. Other then that I think it's fine. But just remember this was supposed to be a family coaster. Not a Griffon type ride. Because BBW was a family ride I think that Bgw wanted to make another family ride. And by the way the line is never an hour even if the queue is full the most you should wait is 45 mins. This isn't like when it first opened and it broke Down every other hour, and was only running 4 trains. It is a very high capacity ride I think that the capacity of Verbolten is pretty good the only coaster with a low capacity is Alpengeist. Mostly because of the amount of time it takes to load and unload the train. But in my opinion every coaster in BGW has a considerably high capacity, all of them are a lot better then some rides at other parks. ***cough*** Skyrush! ***cough***

with no inversions...
It's still a pretty fun ride without inversions. Definitely one of the more intense coasters in the park despite its small size. While it's far from Alpengeist and Apollo (and really far from the likes of Manta and Montu), it's still a fantastic ride.

I'm not going to spend an hour in line just to ride it again.
Anyone (with a season pass) willing to spend an hour in line for any BGW ride is crazy. Hell, I'd expand this to almost any ride/attraction at almost any theme park.

As for the endings...

All the endings are randomized, so getting *your favorite ending* is more luck-based. Doesn't matter which train you're sitting in.

- Got thunderstorm today in the orange train. Spirit and wolves when I rode two weeks ago.

They are not randomized... to some extent... asked an attendant at V-Bolt today... said that it just goes in order... forever... Storm, Spirit, Wolves, Storm, Spirit, Wolves, Storm, Spirit, you get the idea... he said i could take the V-Bolt tour and listen if I did not believe him

The endings are still luck-based since you don't know what the train in front of you got.

- Yes you should totally take the insider tour. I hear it's pretty awesome.
- Try to go on an empty day so you have a higher chance of going twice. You're more likely to see all three endings that way.

I like it more than I did the first time I rode it. When I heard launch coaster I was hoping for the BGW version of Cheetah Hunt and was disappointed. However over time I've learned to enjoy it for what it is.
