Did creaking noises ever come from the left side of the bridge? It would be far less obviously fake if it surrounded you, rather than coming from only the right. That would be a bigger improvement onride than fixing the bridge roof. As it is, definitely (at least) one brake too many.

I should have clarified, that was from today. If you rode today, then maybe it’s hit or miss. Maybe only certain showscenes?

I rode it with the storm not 20 minutes before that post and noticed nothing changed.

Not that I recall. I think the speakers have always just been on the one side.

Some better shots of the gravel area added by the bridge.
Do you think it’s likely for that same gravel/construction area to be in constant use until the spire is put up right behind the bridge? Wondering if this is the beginning of constant construction underneath verboltens bridge

Honestly my best GUESS is it's related to future bridge refurb and possibly a pad for a crane. But so far I haven't found anyone who can or will confirm that. I see zero chance that it's in anyway related to Spire.

When I rode Verbolten last night around the 6:00 to 7:00 pm hours the sound was on in the building.

What time during the day was this? They may have accidentally left the sfx mute on in the control room. Maintenance often mutes it and sometimes ops forgets to un-mute it.
It was around 3pm I would say. It looked like it just came back from being shutdown, since the line was pretty short when we got there, so maybe they forgot to turn everything back on, but fixed it later.

That was probably what it was. They will often mute the sound fx during a shutdown
