Got some video of Verbolten after a failed launch this week. You can see them attempt to launch the train several times before finally getting it to launch. Enjoy!

This incident has been brought to the attention of the fail court and here are the judges who will be presiding.

I so think its weird that the train kept trying to launch but then just pulled itself back, like its trying to get a car to start irl.

Verbolten To Close For Season?

Verbolten is listed on Busch Gardens Williamsburgs Wikipedia as (2012 - CLOSED for rest of season). I don't know if they are planning on closing Verbolten or if this is just false information off wikipedia, which is common. Sorry for starting this thread if not needed.

On another note, the same page has InvadR listed as a (2017 - present) coaster, I don't know if the park or someone from the park accidentally threw this information on Wikipedia a little early or if this is again, just completely false information.

Rumors.

RE: Verbolten To Close For Season?

Could be just an editor pulling an April Fools prank. I dont see why they would close for a whole season. I mean, it seems like they just built the thing.

RE: Verbolten To Close For Season?

I changed my pov to invadr after I saw the first poll. It's not official but it's pretty certain. That said it's just randos editing the wiki most likely.

It's been down all day today since the park opened. I saw the train stuck at the launch. Since then they got the train back but all shutdown. I don't think anyone rode it today since we were one of the first ones in Germany and it never opened

First of all, I'll take that medal any day :), and secondly, yeah, it wont close for the rest of the season. BGW maintenance is pretty good.

RE: Verbolten To Close For Season?

Within a day of this post Verbolten has had problems all day and was shut down for the majority of the day, and Invadr has been announced as the official name of Project 2017.

Hmmmm.... Could very well just be a coincidence but a pretty strong pair of coincidences indeed.
