I honestly won't ever wait more than 45 minutes for Verbolten again...its just simply not worth it.

However, no wait for AC...that is where its at...

RE: Verbolten

I rode it on opening day, the line was all the way the entrance gate, and it took 30 minutes. I don't see how it could get over an hour unless the line was way outside the gate.

it can easily happen when the Ride Ops aren't giving it 100% and the guests are being idiots with items and being slow. Also resets and stuff can add up time, too.

RE: Verbolten

Oh I understand now, after this ride opened and there was nothing left to speculate on, it became an argument thread.

RE: Verbolten

^ Wow, thank you for adding some useful conversation to this thread.

Anyway, I don't remember if I said this before or not, but the yellow train should be returning fairly soon.

RE: Verbolten

I was pretty upset when I was not able to ride yesterday but today made up for it when I was able to ride it twice. Both wait times around 40 minutes. Got the wolf both times. Thanks to these boards I managed to sit on the left side both times.

Got scared the on my second ride today after hearing what happened on Saturday. After the track dropped we did not dip out of the station for about 30-45 seconds...we sat on the bottom. I guess the train in front of Us had not cleared the drop yet.

RE: Verbolten

I know this is kind of late. But I was at the park Friday I got to ride three times. I rode twice in the front and once in the back they both give great rides. However the front is definitely my favorite. Also, when I was there Verbolten experienced some down time for about 20 minutes. One train was stuck in the event building, two were stuck on the break run. Then the green train comes flying up over the bunny hill and into the break run with the other two trains and they looked like they were going to collide. You guys should have seen the people's faces in the front seat, it was quite humorous.

RE: Verbolten

Hahaha my friend thought the same thing but I knew that there was a friction brake there and not just magnetic slow downs :)

I don't know if I prefer front or back....both are great

RE: Verbolten

You people are so typical... why are only the front and the back candidates for best seat? What if I were to prefer the middle?

RE: Verbolten

Had a great day at the park yesterday. Rode Verbolten twice. Finally got the wolf show on my second ride. I love this ride. I will again say that there is no roughness on this ride. If you can't handle the shake, rattle, and roll of a coaster than you are in the wrong place. I would of rode Verbolten more than twice, but I wanted to complete my first official 2012 Busch Gardens Coaster Loop. It is like 2007 again with the five coasters. There was no wait on every ride but Verbolten. I hope this is in indication on how the park will be on weekdays this summer. I even managed to pretty much walk on Mach Tower. Sorry if this is off topic, but I would really like to see Darkastle go in the next couple years. They either need to do a major upgrade or switch it to something else. That ride is capable of so much, and It could be as good as Spiderman if Busch did it right. Back to Verbolten, go ride it!!!!
