Honestly the Sandra Bullock ending is pretty awful anyway. If you're not in the very front, you're just chilling in a black room waiting for something to happen. If she was replaced with a different one (forest fire?) I don't think anyone would miss her.

Funny thing I noticed about the park map yesterday. Verbolten is still listed as "Opening Late Spring." How long do you suppose they'll keep her in that status?

They should be changing to a different one by the end of the month when they get new ones in from their printer. Since the map you have was printed before the season started. I will hold on to the one you have and get a new one when they come out. Then you can say I have two different park maps showing status of Verbolten. Rode Verbolten with the lights off/effects on for the first time yesterday. I had the thunderstorm storyline and it was definitely better than it was with the lights on. Ride was still the same, but the experience was definitely enhanced. My favorite scene was the cool perspective shot into the forest after the first brake run.
Some notes
- Line was an hour Friday, a bit longer when I left on Saturday.
- I spotted some awesome theme park shirts yesterday and today including someone in an ACE shirt. I also spotted X-Flight, a Maverick shirt, two Dollywood shirts (including a Mystery Mine shirt), plenty of Disney shirts, a few I305/232 shirts, and I encountered someone with a SWO shirt twice today along with some classic BGW shirts.
- The phone calls in Gunther's office are awesome. Gerta's laugh however is another story.
I had no idea the rattle was bad enough to cause the trains to fall apart. Hopefully that's addressed in the future. I know the rattle doesn't really affect B&M's that much (at least I don't think it does).

They probably stopped the ride for a reset. B&Ms and Intamins do it all the time.

Verbolten ha closed down last night and the people in line still got to ride. The last riders were getting off around 11pm
