^Isn't there a block inside the building in addition to the drop? So it makes since that a train can be entering that brake while the previous train is leaving the drop track. And if there are sound effects, maybe they are timed to each train passing to prevent too much noise?
To answer your question there is a block break in the event building before the drop track. To answer your other part, it's based on blocking, not on timing.

RE: Verbolten

As far as ride experience goes, I bet the turn into the event building is relatively forceful, the first turn in the building is forceful, the helix is slightly forceful, the drop has airtime, there are some laterals on the transition between the first and second turns between the second launch and bridge, there will a small amount of airtime when you go down the drop and a lot of intensity at the bottom of the drop, and I bet that the final airtime hill before the brake run has the most airtime on the ride.

Just my guess for employee reviews...

RE: Verbolten

Would love to hear reviews!

I can confirm these are not employees riding but "Maintenance, the safety people who we bring in for it and things of that sort" . Thats from the girl outside the ride

I don't know if anyone has noticed yet, but the camera spot is right after the airtime hill, before the final turn into the station. They were taking the photos today (to calibrate them of course) even though you really couldn't see it from up close during broad daylight.

I saw that today!. I wanted to buy a picture of the water dummy photos, but it didn't happen. ;). Hahaha

I'm leaving the park now. Hopefully at least the majority of the update will be done and posted tonight.

Did these water dummies have smiles on their water dummy faces ;)

Well, I like the one with the dummy giving the metal horns \m/ and the other flashed the camera. She got kicked out of the park after that though.

RE: Verbolten

Well it's great to here that Verbolten is going well! I want a water dummy photo too! But I'm in Texas! I'll be back at BGW in June!

ATTENTION FORUM GOERS! Verbolten opens officially in 2-3 Weeks! CANT WAIT! May 18 is on a Friday by the way, so mark your calenders, I know mine is! ;)

Exactly what I heard yesterday. The maintenance guy had a huge grin on his face when he told me he 'had' to ride it later.

RE: Verbolten

Regular, seasonal Team Members are not riding yet, but there were some people (probably Zierer people) riding... I saw some people riding in the front row on one video

Still working on the (large) photo update, but here's the video in case the rest doesn't get done tonight.

Hint: Watch on YouTube for HD!

Really amazing video. The ride looks great. This really is the in-between ride, between Grover and Nessie. That drop is slowwww.

RE: Verbolten

Perfect video! Thanks for taking so many shots for those of us who haven't seen it in person :)
Such a gorgeous ride it is turning out to be, I can't wait til nature takes over.
