We will probably never see it test. If we haven't seen it test yet, and no update from the park I am going with they don't want you to see it test. Obviously it has been testing but at night for a reason.

Wow I think this is the first time I hav'nt seen a Today Post next to this thread. It does kind of stink that from now till May 18 Is pretty much going to be a waiting game since almost everything is in place for the coaster.

why can't i get a Quick Queue Unlimited Plus that in includes verbolten in may, its not available till jun?? why is that.

I'd assume in case the opening get's delayed.... or to prevent upsetting those that are going to be standing in the long lines the first few weeks of opening.

I am guessing so that they use the QQ line as a single riders line to make sure that there is a full train every ride. and so lines arn't as long.

Huh. Interesting thought..and if that is the case I may find myself up there opening weekend ( taking advantage of the Single rider lines is a perk that I quite enjoy).

I didn't see it mentioned here, but I was looking over on TPR's BGW thread and saw some new merchandise that played up the german word "fahrt." Not sure if amused or annoyed. Looks like they're getting some cool merchandise in now. and it's going to be "5X the Fury" rather than "Defy the 5."

I chuckled at the "Fahrt" joke, but I don't think the average tourist will find any humor in it at all. A joke loses it's charm when it has to be explained.

They have a 5X the Fury shirt that has all the coasters listed on the back with QR code on them. If you scan it, it takes you to some artwork featuring the ride. I thought that was pretty cool.

As childish and immature as it was of BGW to make them, I like the farht shirts. XD I mean, I farhted in the black forest? That's clever!

I personally think it reflects badly on the park. If that's the best way you can market your new $54 million coaster, something is very wrong.

You are right on the money. Did they hire someone from Spencers to stock the gift shop. I'm trying to catch on to their humor here.

You guys are asking a lot of questions, but a quick google search will give you a very clear answer.

"Fahrt" means drive or journey.
A funny phrase to us English speakers that I came across was " "ausfahrt", which means
Drive out, exit.
As opposed to Einfahrt- enter or drive in.
Search "How to Fahrt in German"

It all makes so much sense now! Hahahaha

So, now the shirts read:
"Old Drive"
"Full of gas and ready to drive."
"I drove in the Black Forest"
