I think I heard somewhere about it being a different tour completely or something. Don't rely on that answer though.

I asked and they said that bolt will be included on the insiders tour. The story has been changing so we'll see.

So I suggest at least a pound of salt with this, but the unofficial Verbolten fb page says that May 11th is the projected opening date.

Sent an email to Busch Gardens asking about the tours and they said they are working on a serperate tour for the ride.

Don't believe them. It's Mach Tower all over again. The employees stationed in front of these rides know nothing.

I'm not believing any opening date until Busch Gardens says something themselves. I'd recommend the GP do the same..

They have changed most of the signs from "Late spring" to "May."

That's because it was real Old Country European grass. Now it's just all amusement parky. Pretty sad really.

I don't think they even import their grass seed from the mother countries anymore; how disgraceful.

Just got back from the park. No change in Verbolten really except for a little bit of foliage, but I'll post a few pictures soon. I do have to say though, seeing Verbolten for the first time while you are at the top of LNM is truly amazing. Or if you are fortunate enough (like I was) to get the red section of MT - you'll get a perfect view of Verbolten at the top.
