Gee that track looks Intamin-esque...

Based on plans, the indoor portion of the track is similar to Intamin. Looks like Zierer uses it on the more intense sections of rides. (Refer to Wicked for an example.)

These are going into the event building:

There isn't a new video. I checked their youtube page.

And it does doesn't it B-Mac? yay!

It would be unlisted. Right?

Correct.

The video is probably there but unlisted. In that case only people with the URL can view it. It will not turn up on a search.

RE: Verbolten

So this is assuming the Intamin-esque track acts like, well, Intamin track. The indoor section is either going to be smooth as glass or jerky and shaky. Heed my examples of Kingda ka, Millennium Force, Farenheit, Storm Runner, Intimidator and Cheetah Hunt to name a few.

RE: Verbolten

I thought we had agreed earlier that it was indeed black? the road being black and such?

RE: Verbolten

Nope, nobody can ever agree on the internet.

What I was wondering was if the entire track is black or if the building was black.

RE: Verbolten

Why would they even bother with the track for the outside right now? They have this building that they HAVE to get track in before Winter weather begins to hit and the building closed up. There isn't THAT much track there. Keep in mind those segments are not overly long.

RE: Verbolten

I used the the code that was on the fence in the picture from the rcdb site and I still got to that video but not the previous one. Maybe using the same codes.

RE: Verbolten

Hey can you guys tell me where in the back area you can see the track? I looked when I was on griffon the other day but didn't have enough time to look for it

RE: Verbolten

One thing that has been puzzling to me the most is that first concept art pic on RCDB, the one with the car shooting out of the branchy thing over a cliff thing. Is that supposed to portray the drop over the Rhine? I don't see how it because first- that tunnel it is shooting out of looks more suitable for immediately after the sfx building, not emerging from the bridge element. If it were after the building, then why are they making it seem like you will be shooting over a canyon with a river at the bottom???

RE: Verbolten

^ Concept art is often completely wrong. I've learned never to even put any thought into it.

Random Fact: I don't remember if I've already said this, but the drop track drops about 18 feet.

RE: Verbolten

Vanish point's concept art has it being orange, yellow, and blue with the drop slides being all clear at the top... We all know that is wrong

RE: Verbolten

I find it funny how everyone thought that one person took and posted those pics of track... He just did a screenshot from the video, and his name is watermarked on the photos earlier in the thread.
