Entwined is here to stay for a while.

I know this isn't for this thread. But what about TIO?

It's hard to say. From what I understand though, when Scott is allowed to remove it, he'll likely do so. Everything I've heard indicates that someone else is requiring that it stay there.

This is interesting. Who could be calling shots on this one?

Talking to yourself right Chickenking? Okay back on topic. Why does SG hate this show so much? Why does he have to ruin it or cancel it every chance he gets?

RE: This is Oktoberfest (1976 to 2011, 2013 to Present)

I think I a more complete answer is simply Scott just doesn't like that show. I mean, I honestly never really watched it, it was nice to watch it and mark that off my bucket list but it isn't a show that I plan for. I am sure Scott just doesn't like it because it doesn't touch him like it touches everyone else.

If he can see that it touches everyone else, why does he get rid of it??!!! Like Evan was getting at, SG has a big case of overly expanded ego! Plain and simple if he doesn't like it, and everyone else does, the obvious answer is that he only cares about what he thinks. He has a big Ego. Period end of sentence.

Not to stir the pot, but exactly how do y'all know what everyone else thinks about the show?

RE: This is Oktoberfest (1976 to 2011, 2013 to Present)

I don't know, I just keep seeing "I love this show" posted everywhere. But like I said, I don't have as strong feelings as a lot of other people.

I mean I'm sure they're are a couple people out there who don't like it, but a huge majority of the people have seen it most likely like it.

RE: This is Oktoberfest (1976 to 2011, 2013 to Present)

FUN FACT: "Auf Gehts!" is a saying that generally means
"Come On/Let's Go!" It was used in this show by the dancers to let the band know they were ready to start the next song. This year after the show had opened the cast was told not to use this saying anymore by members of the entertainment office and replaced it with another phrase/noise. The best part is the reasoning behind this change. The reason that was given is the phrase makes no sense anymore since the stage doesn't have "gates" since the Lift is gone................They litereally thought it meant "Off gates"...............This is the same "brain trust" that everyone of you is putting your faith in to turn the park back around...........Enough said.

All of you are right about SG's EGO. He doesn't like TIO and it is also something that he didn't create an can"t put his name on. I already mentioned before he said he wanted first swing at tearing down the lift.

A few people confirmed it privately. Sounds like he's out.

Guess that's what happens when you take someone as talented as he was and have them work as a bartender dressed as a pirate. He will be missed and This is Oktoberfest won't be the same without him. :(

I noticed a new captain shuffling through Facebook. Now it's "Cap'n Cutthroat Clara." That's a shame!
