Err... I mean I've seen squirrels around the trash cans... But a raccoon? That's wild.
Where in the park was that?

Didn’t a raccoon bite a guest a few years ago? Cute little guy is back for round two.
I am!Anyone else going to the Eagle trainer talk at midnight? I hear that’s the best time.

Least the fingerprint scanners are gone lolAnd it has been like this for many, many years and plagues every United Parks property I've visited.
All it requires is a system upgrade to enable the parking booths to see the images on-file for pass members and streamline the process. And yet...
Don't they show the picture of you when you scan to go into the park itself? I remember they took my pic and never needed to againAnd it has been like this for many, many years and plagues every United Parks property I've visited.

The system they have doesn't work like that to share between points for some reason.Don't they show the picture of you when you scan to go into the park itself? I remember they took my pic and never needed to again
The issue is that the system that they currently use for POS is not compatible with the system that they use at the gate that has the pictures stored. Making this even more complex is the gate system was an in house custom designed system for the company. I suppose that a somewhat simple solution would be to give the parking booths one of those scanners but then there is going to be a lot of back and forth between the two systems for the attendants.Yes. That's what's enraging. They already have the photos and they use them every time you enter the park. They just have to update the system in the parking booths to display them to remove the ID check requirement. That alone would probably double the number of pass holders each booth could get through.
Experiences like this make me wary of going at all...NO trams??German enthusiast here.
I am at Busch Gardens right now and after our last mediocre visit in 2022, the park really doesn't shine either today.
No parking trams running, so guests have to walk despite the opressive heat to get to the entrance. Parking costs 35$, that is really steep.
Pantheon is up and down, maybe because of the heat. Skyride not running.
But why do they keep one of their main attractions like Alpengeist closed for the whole day??? That happened to us in 2022 as well, as Alpie was only supposed to be running on weekends. Does anybody have any insight if there is something Wrong with that ride or do they just randomely close it because of Staff shortage or low attendance? Girl at the gift Shop said that they Decided to close it in the morning and that it may open tomorrow.
I am already regretting coming here.
